I go for a quarterly olaplex treatment and trim. Entire staff super charismatic and laid-back. Haydn is a perfectionist, and very professional. My home salon in NYC was Alibi in Soho, and Planet Salon on Melrose in Los Angeles—for point of reference.

Stuart and his team in the salon always make me feel so welcome and relaxed. They are a great team. I always leave my hair to Stuart he always manages to wow me each time. The team are so lovely they even walked me back to my car so I could get back safely! I mean you can’t ask for more! Their like family. Truly blessed!

I've been coming to Stuart for over 10 years. Not only is he excellent at what he does (I've had countless compliments on how good and natural my hair colour looks), I also love his integrity. He's really passionate about what he does and he's been brutally honest with me a few times (rightly so!) about my unrealistic ideas about what's achievable and what isn't. I truly love your work, Stuart. I don't think I'd ever be able to trust another colourist ever again!

After what seemed like the most rushed appointment, I’m left with streaky highlights, burned hair and a tone which doesn’t suit my skin at all. Wish you could fix it, as I couldn’t be more displeased

Natalia is amazing! She fixed my hair after I came in very upset from a colour at a different brand salon. The colour now looks amazing and she is always friendly, helpful and honest with her advice when bleaching my hair. The other stylists are also very good and my hair always looks looks so lovely when I leave. Thank you!

IT WAS ALEX but he isn't on the list. Absolutely amazing. Was a big difference from very long to very short. And I was very nervous. He made me feel confident and did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier right now. Will be going back to him again !

leah was lovely as usual and very chatty which makes time fly during the appointment. the apprentice who did the shampooing was amazing. i had a very relaxing time at the backwash.

The salon's vibe is really nice, the staff is really friendly. I come there regularily to get blowdries for my hair by roberto, he always gives me the look im looking for. I also recently tried getting a haircut by him and I absolutely loved it. I always leave the salon happy when he does my hair, i highly recommend the salon and roberto!

Great colour from Natalia and cut from Alex. Worth the time spent although it did take a while. Salon was a little hectic and stylists busy with other clients so I had to wait at times throughout. However cut and colour great, finally. I will go back.

Stuart is very professional with focus on details. One of the best in town.

I’ve been going to various Toni & Guy salons for years and years but this one is by far my favourite. The staff are friendly and helpful and it’s the type of place where stylists are themselves—it just makes the place work better. People are more chilled: stylists and clients than in any other London location of T&G and clients are well looked after, get results and it looks like a fun place to work for sure. :-)

As always, best service and fantastic haircut. Daniele is not only a top professional, but also with his unique approach to every customer, he makes you feel special.

We need to rename Roberto to Leonardo da Vinci, he is no ordinary stylist he is an artist. Always splendid to see the excellent customer service from Toni and guy Shoreditch, atilla has excellent customer service.
