My hair was a complete mess when I turned up for this appointment. It was meant to be balayage but it was orange and yellow and not blended at all. Natalia put so much time and effort into fixing my hair to exactly how I wanted it and it really looks the best it’s looked in years! So pleased. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Dreadful airless downstairs salon
...overly noisy ...loud tv ...messy ...constant people taking rubbish past ...unpleasant experience where client not considered ...Lukas superb but really not a pleasant place to visit

It was such a lovely experience to have met these individuals. I didn't get everyone’s names but they all made me feel at ease as I was feeling very anxious. My hair colour came out exactly how I wanted. Thank you you Stuart & team.

I asked for a senior stylist as my usual person has left but the hairdresser, although really nice seemed tentative and lacked in confidence in what he was doing, which definitely made me nervous.
He gingerly gave me a bad hair cut that was cut to one length and then had one layer cut in one inch above that. The fringe is a mess now but the blow out was okay.
If I went to a small town high street hairdresser outside of London and paid £30 I would expect a similar service but this was £75 and in Shoreditch.
Have complained and have been offered analysis of the cut by someone more senior but no offer of a refund or a second attempt.

Every time I have my hair done by Fotis his results are nothing short of mind blowing. Absolutely talented to the core, I couldn’t even think of going anywhere else for such innovative, creative styles because Fotis simply sets the standard every time. A great experience as standard at the Shoreditch branch and incredibly well managed by Stuart.

Wanted to change my hair and decided I wanted bangs but I was very nervous about it. Lukas was very attentive and always was making sure I liked the haircut. The result was lovely and I am loving my new hair.

This was my first trip to the salon but definitely won’t be the last, Shukti was clearly very knowledgable about colouring hair and what would look best for me. Nothing felt rushed or too long and all staff I spoke to were very welcoming. The overall result looks so natural, it’s my favourite colour job I’ve had done!

Booked a last minute cut and Gabby was amazing! Gave me exactly what I wanted so quickly after a long day, really appreciated it! The rest of the staff were lovely too, Will be back

Great hair cut, lovely staff however they seemed under pressure a bit, with customers waiting as not enough time planner per hair cut - so request to management - please plan your staff's time responsibly! They are your biggest asset!

Absolutely loved my cut at Toni and Guy Shoreditch. The salon was clean and fresh and felt really high quality yet also welcoming. Leah was so lovely. She listened intently to what I wanted and was fun to chat to. She was also willing to make adjustments at the end to make sure I got the look I was after, which usually when I’ve asked for a few more layers or a little more off at the end sometimes hairdressers can get huffy. But Leah was determined to make sure I had a good experience and I absolutely love the way my hair turned out. Highly recommend and worth shelling out the extra money to go to this high end place rather than a standard salon.

I never risk to cut my hair when I’m away from my country, without any choice once i decided to have a haircut at toni&guy and their level of customer service and the time each stylist actually take to serve for each client is something special about this place thats what i felt overall best experience and worth for price which they charge. I would recommend Alexis and Lucas are the two friendly stylist over there in the place.

Third month with Lukas as we worked towards taking my shorter style and making it a longer one. A previous stylist said I didn’t have the hair for it (not at Shoreditch), but Lukas knew what he was doing and now we’ve reached the longer style I was going for. Really grateful to find someone who can do a great job.

I've been having my hair bleached for 15 years, I've had many good and bad experiences at different salons around London. However, Shukti has provided, by far, the best salon experience I've ever had. Listens to what I want, communicates what is achievable, creates a fun experience whilst having my hair done and I always leave very satisfied. I've recommended friends to Shukti and those that have had their hair done with her share the same opinion. I'll never get my hair done anywhere else again!

This salon is a gem with experienced professional staff who work with you to give you the look you want. I loved my hair cut. A friendly atmosphere and lovely interior. Will go again.

I have been getting my hair styled and coloured at T&G shoreditch for almost 3 years now. Went in for a cut today with Fotis. What can I say other than this man makes my life so easy when it comes to my hair. Fully trust his guidance and love my hair more and more each time I leave the salon!
