Horrendous first time experience at Toni & Guy .

My hair is unevenly cut with one or two front sections longer than the other & I now I will need to have fixed elsewhere.

No proper blow dry received , flat head brush used to dry my hair, flat & horrible blunt finish which was not what I asked for . No product used apart from a spritz of hair spray, stylist was more interested in trying to sell me something ?? Price for a senior stylist online is £63 but was charged £68 ?? Absolute rip off !

I will be complaining to head office directly

I went in with mid-length copper hair and amazingly it lifted to a nice blonde. Was happy with the cut and initial colour, however, when it came to toning unfortunately my hair was over-toned and rather than leaving with a nice blonde, my hair is lilac and patchy.

Of course I knew my hair wouldn't be perfect going from ginger to a blonde shade but my hair is now kinda the other end of the spectrum, super lilac and some parts even look green.

For £235 I'm honestly not satisfied with the result, sorry :(

I'm going to do my best to fade this toner with shampoo but I shouldn't really be having to make adjustments after I've paid so much money.

Lovely staff, but I have to say I'm not massively happy with how the colour turned out.

Really friendly, listened politely to my ongoing requests. Good job, exactly what I asked for, and didn’t rush to the point of no return!

Was passing by at 8 pm and suddenly felt dragged down by my long, straight hair, which hadn’t been cut for about seven months (I’m a little phobic about getting it done). Sarah had never met me before and was very reassuring and perceptive. She gave me a perfect quick haircut - exactly what I needed.. Thanks again.

It was a real pleasure to have Gabi cut my hair. He gave me exactly the cut and style I wanted and took the time to explain to me how I could style my hair at home. He was really pleasant and easy to chat to. A very nice chap.

Leah is amazing - she always knows how to cut my fringe just right and does the best blow dry soft curls! She is always friendly and nice to chat to????

Haircut was perfect. Instead i should say everything was perfect but yeah prices are little bit too hight

One of the best hairdressers I have had he is very precise, Profesional and great at hospitality. He takes hair cuts to an art-form! Reccomend if you have a chance to get on his list you go for it!

Leah is so sweet, and knew exactly what I wanted to do with my curly hair. Very professional, great chat too. Definitely get your hair done by her. She was even so kind to modify it a bit after styling it to make sure it was exactly how I wanted :)

I loved the way Alex did my hair, Roberto left and he recommended Alex, exact copy of how my hair is usually done! Alex is very friendly and double checks everything before cutting hair and going head as well as giving his honest opinion.

I went in asking for a blow dry with bouncy curls that I wanted waved out, I also showed pictures to be clear. I felt almost as if he wasn’t listening to what I had asked for. Although, he was friendly. However, what he did on my hair was just a mess and I am never returning. I asked for a blow dry styling, instead a curler was used. I could’ve done a better job at home. I was getting my hair done for my 6year anniversary so this day was really important to me, but he had ruined my hair for it. So when I went to the counter I was asked to pay extra for the use of a curler which came to a surprise as I did not ask for it, I wanted a fresh blow dry. I was told time and time again that my hair is too short for the style I was asking for, despite me seeing another customer who had left with exactly what I had asked for but had shoulder length hair. So I was flabogasted. My hair is long, and I always get bouncy curls from a blow dry, it can be easily achieved. Clearly he may not have the sufficient training for it? I feel as though TONI & Guy hire anyone. However, despite our disagreement he remained calm and i’m Sure he tried. Although, I had to come home straight away and wash my own hair all over and do it again MYSELF.

Lucas has worked with me for many months , an outstanding stylist who listens carefully and sets about delivering to my needs not his own dreams ...he is diligent , caring , interesting and wishes to provide a top class service with no fuss or bother ....outstanding

Really disappointed. I showed a picture of what I would like and ended up with a haircut I hate and nothing like what I wanted. Lukas was really nice but at almost £50 that's a lot to pay for a haircut you really don't like and nothing what you asked for.

I’ve been going back to T&G Shoreditch for a year now and always get the best cut and service in London. I’ve tried so many barbers and this is honestly the best cut around!

Gabriel was amazing!! I went to the saloon yesterday and he cut my hair very nicely. He offered me to bring in a nicer view with more volume, I trusted him and I got pretty pleased woth what he did. He was also extremely nice and receptive, not pushy at all. Additionally, he gave me good advice on how to take care of my care. I recommend Gabriel to everyone - he is amazing! Thanks again!

I showed the stylist exactly what I wanted after 4 hours work on my hair the end result was as though nothing was done and yet I was charged £170. Then they said I could go back for correction for free! The second attempt completely damaged my hair and made it far too light. On the third attempt the stylist put a toner all over my hair and it is now ended up ginger and damaged. Basically I've ended up with damaged and horrible looking hair just before my wedding and additionally I was changed an extra £35!! For the products they used on the second and third attempts. I'm incredibly disappointed and I will be raising a formal complaint

Efficient and welcoming

I had long hair with terrible split ends! Now I have a nice short hair cut that I love!!! Thanks to Leah, she was nice and I loved her suggestions:) in general amazing staff and fabulous service!

When I got home, my family unanimously said it was the best haircut I've had in the UK (been here a few months, tried three hairdressers prior). I agree and will definitely try book with Lukas again.
