My big toenail was still growing after being removed months ago by a podiatrist and wasn’t painful. I came here for a pedicure yesterday. Whilst I was searching for a colour for my toes, without any warning, the lady doing the pedicure decided to cut my 3/4 grown nail even smaller. This hurt so much as she poked into my flesh to get under the nail to do this as it was already too short. It had taken months for it to grow to how it was. Also I was shocked that it hadn’t even been cut straight, higher to the left and shorter to the right. My toe now hurts when wearing trainers. It will take at least a month or two for it to grow back to how it was and not be painful. My advice is stay well away from this shop.
Had a pedicure which took 15 minutes, not completed to the usual standard at all
SNS nail infills just awful, my nails were burning from drill taking the top layer off, too harsh. New set are much to thick and covering my cuticles so not sure what’s going to happen once they grow.
Shop has really gone down hill in recent months
, dirty, nothing matches, stuff is broken , chairs and desks broke and old.
After today I will not bother going back. Been going there for years but no more will take my custom elsewhere
