I have been going to Hi profile for many years now. Always the staff are friendly and courteous. The level of service for treatments is great. Can't fault them. If I have ever had issue I can discuss with the proprietor who listens and does her utmost to put right. That is good customer service. Not how they deal a company deals with when all is well but how they deal with the customer when there maybe issues.
