We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your recent visit to our salon. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional service, and we apologize if we fell short of your expectations.
As a small business we fully investigate every situation where our clients are left feeling disappointed by analysing the appointment with the team members involved. Our floor manager explained that when you returned to the salon she created a smoother finish to your original blow dry so we are concerned that you felt it wasn't sufficiently styled. It was one of those exceptionally hot and humid days in London with temperatures over 30 degrees so this may have contributed to some of your concerns about the lack of styling as these conditions mean that any blow dry will drop much quicker than nromal and can create damp at the nape of the neck.
Our aim however, is to make every client feel like the best version of themselves and we did not achieve that last Saturday so if you would be happy to return to us we will include a special treat with any appointment that you book.
