My appointment was at 1.15pm today I waited 15mins to be seen by the stylist and then another 10-15mins for a hair wash. When asked if I would like a head massage and responded to yes, it lasted less than 2 minutes.
There was another wait for the hair cut to commence.
I had 3 touch points with your staff, receptionist, hair washer and hair dresser. Not one person apologised for the delay or explained that things were running behind.
The overall haircut was average for £70
I won't be returning or recommending

Novelle was absolutely amazing. She did my son's hair exactly how he wanted it. She took time to listen to him and give new tips for his hair and explained to him how to work his hair to get the desired look. We will come and I cannot recommend her enough.

I came for my roots & put a toner. She did the roots really well but did not put the right colour toner though I had mentioned the colour about 3 times. She did however apologise & corrected it but it just meant I was in the salon longer than I should have been. 😞

The stylist was great.
I work for the NHS and am very disappointed that the discount is reduced and there was warning of it and I can’t use it on Sundays!
I may have to go somewhere else now, I’ve been using HOB for years.
Communication is very poor at Stanmore branch. I was even told I couldn’t use my discount at Xmas Eve, again I should have been told this before booking my appointment. Not good customer care!
Massage chairs don’t work!

She gave me so many nice colour options and she did my hair colour very very nicely and I am super happy for that. She is an amazing person and very kind and friendly. She cut my hair and I just loved it !
