9.16 am in the Salon...they refused service{particulary Aby and manager Natt] even after coming to this salon as regular customer for over the year ...very strict approach careful guys don t leave your Debit or credit card detail otherwise will take your money...3 ladies on reception only 1 customer in the salon and full of excuses we have booking in 30 min latter with different customer.so since you are late we cannot take you ..none of these ladies bussy just sitting on desk and still didnt care...low standards and very unprofessional aproach

Shambolic customer service. I booked a hair appointment last minute online the night before, but then my childcare for my 2 month old fell through the following day. Despite calling first thing in the morning to ask to reschedule, the salon charged me £30 cancellation automatically on my card for ‘no show’ stating this is their cancellation policy. If I’d booked a colour as well as cut and blow dry they would have charged £60.
Beware of booking with them - if you’re poorly or have an emergency they will charge you even if you ask to reschedule
Decided to have a last minute blow dry for an event. Walked in and managed to get an appointment straight away with Nusrat. Very happy with overall experience and result. Will be back next time I'm in London.
I had a haircut, it took a long time and it looked ridiculous, without shape or meaning. The cost was 80 pounds extremely expensive.
Their attitude is very arrogant and the result of the work disappointing.
and they ask you for the money in advance for the appointment, it shows how many people really want to cancel the services
They are really slow, take ages on wash and style, and still don't do it properly!!! i have had curls and some straight hairs left! I would no recommend nor would i go there again!!! Also they are expensive for poor service!
I booked a haircut with Tom because I had read so many good reviews. He really did live up to the hype! I showed him pictures and he immediately understood what I was going for. He really took the time to explain how to achieve it and my options.
I even got so caught up in asking him questions about the haircut so we overran the time. So sorry about that, Tom!
I can highly recommend Tom. Not only a technically great stylist, but also a nice, friendly person.
Again, I have to applaud the really nice (and tall) guy with a new hairdo in the reception who recognised me from last time. I forgot to ask for his name, but what a friendly and positive person he is!
There was also another lady with a ponytail in the reception who was very nice and friendly. All staff is always nice and courteous in a genuine way. It’s always a pleasure to come to this salon even if it’s just to pick up a bottle of Sea Spray!
***** couldn’t have been less interested. Seemed bored. Rough when washing hair. Mask half on. Totally random blow dry. He did what he wanted. It looked ridiculous. He seemed pleased with himself though. Entertaining more than any problem. Cut fine. Just not an experience I’d look to repeat.
I had a marvellous experience in this branch, the staff is very friendly and the guy who cut my hair (unfortunately I didn't catch the name, he was a greek guy) was very professional and we had a lovely chat, I'm very happy with the results. Definitely will come back
