I had quite long hair after my pregnancy and wanted to lose a bit of length and with a little baby something low maintenance, mid-length. The process was a quite rough ‘chopping off’ of my hair whilst I was holding the baby with minimal conversation. Whilst drying my hair, she then burned my wrist with a metal brush and I still have a mark.
The result is much shorter than we agreed, a weird length just touching the shoulders, and my naturally wavy hair puffs up after drying it, so my head looks like a triangle now. And I got a weird fringe I didn’t ask for. All together another a great experience and a shame because as a new mum I was really looking forward to some self care.

Had my haircut today and my stylist was great, but while I was having my haircut and had to hold my head in a certain position, one of the staff came over to me and requested I pay for my service and shoved the credit card machine in my face. I was asked to hold my position by my stylist so I was unable to pay at the time. I thought it was a bit rude of the staff member to do that while I was clearly unable to move my head, let alone take out my credit card and pay. I was taken aback by the lack of self-awareness. Other than that, I enjoyed my hair wash and haircut.

I feel very happy and lucky! I have just had another great hair cut done by the creative, super experienced and exceptional Anna. The shape is divine. I had hair cut and blow dry by Troy . I am very happy and pleased with the results . My hair looked damaged and very frizzy but after blow drying and cut looked silky and healthy . I am very pleased.
