Simon is more than just a hairdresser he understands and likes woman and provides an exactly tailored service to each client. Mind you I really admire his patience and objectivity when he has to deal with some of the areas most difficult clients. No detail in the salon escapes his notice and although he rules with an iron fist it is well concealed in a velvet fist,

I was anxious about going back into the salon after so many months
I needn’t have worried
Everyone and everything felt safe and clean
The staff all wore protective visors and the back wash was screened properly
Olivia coloured my hair in a professional and highly competent way
Brooke washed and toned my hair and was friendly and gave a wonderful massage too.
Simon cut my hair beautifully and gave me a new post lock down look
Laura and Sharon on reception were also behind a screen and were as delightful as always. They also still remembered to stamp my loyalty card, which discounts bring so much pleasure.

I’ve been a customer of HOB Temple Fortune for what must be approaching 15 years going back to the old premises on the High Street. The layout and staff support on all levels is excellent. In particular the personalities, customer attentiveness and skill are all 5 Star. Both Kiril and more recently Bianca are lovely people too
