Everytime I go here I have such a good experience. I have been four times now and the last two have been with Emma who makes you feel very special. I have been very pleased with both cut and colour. Highly recommended.
Love the colour. So did my husband. Amelia was so attentive ,professional and charming.
The service and customer experience here is excellent. The attention to detail and to make you feel at home and comfortable is unbeaten. Amelia makes you feel comfortable and listens to exactly what you want. Great experience and very good value. I even drove from Plymouth as I cannot find a service as good!

Nice to see Ron . He was doing two hairdos at the same time as usual. Haircut not bad, but we'll see when it's washed and I try to make the hair look OK.

Love this place - service great, from reception as you arrive to wash to cut, everybody great - professional, warm and friendly. excellent haircut and experience...with good music and coffee as bonuses!
I called on the day for a wash and blow dry and was delighted when an appointment was available. However I really wasn't expecting to be rushed through the process and to have to finish drying my hair at home - as soon as I was out in the fresh air I could feel that my hair wasn't properly dry, especially at the back. I was also expecting my usual soft curls and that takes some time to do as my hair is very thick, but as long as it's dried properly the style will hold for days. In the event I got some wave which is progressively dropping out and will probably be almost dead straight by tomorrow. Im actually quite cross as I needed to look good for an event in the morning.

I visited the salon for the first time today and was really impressed. I had a half head of color with Emma and a cut and a blow dry with Ron. Both were excellent and very personable. I really liked the Aveda products and feel like I'm on my way to much healthier hair. Thank you!

I always enjoy my visit to the salon, Ron is someone who is always in tune with your mood. He is always courteous & never lets you leave the store without your hair being totally dry, not always the case with hairdressers. He gives a wonderful relaxing head massage. Wish I could afford to go more regularly!

Ron always does an excellent job. The people in the salon always ask if you want tea/coffee, the salon is immaculate. Most importantly, is the hairdresser and I'm very pleased.

Victoria cut my hair and it was by far the best hair cut I have ever had (I am 53). I left it up to her and she was professional, courteous and a real credit to the salon. The salon has a very calm, clear atmosphere. Staff are lovely. A real treat.
