I introduced my daughter to my regular stylist Hayley after a half term DIY haircut needed a professional finish. The hair had 12 inches cut from length at home so needed texture, blending and balancing as well as providing confidence and trust to the new customer. Daughter was delighted with the results (normally difficult to please) and said Hayley will be regular stylist from now. Thanks for a great cut Hayley!

Colourist was a lovely young lady, Salon staff were welcoming and the environment was tidy and comfortable. However. I was a little disappointed with the colour result, it didn’t come out as we discussed (and we discussed it at length). Giving I have a wedding abroad and busy weekends, it’s going to be difficult for me to find time to sort out the colour. I could do without the stress of having to find time to fix it.
Thank you for the honest review and it’s good to know everyone at the salon was welcoming but we’re really sorry (a bit devastated to be honest) that you weren’t 100% happy with the colour.

Do my colour properly as I have had bad experience in the past, too much orange. Hayley does a great job and makes my colour look natural. She also gives a great cut.

Wash & blow dry for a wedding, Ron sorted everything out after a booking error on the computer ( probably my fault!). Hayley gave valuable advice & made sure my hair would look good fir the whole wedding weekend.

I may be unusual in that I’ve never enjoyed going to the hairdresser. However, since Hayley has been cutting my hair. this has completely changed and I can relax knowing I an in good hands. Yesterday, I left the salon 100% satisfied. I highly recommend the salon and stylist.

Many people LOVE a trip to the salon but you are not alone in being someone that doesn’t particularly enjoy the experience.
As hairdressers, we try to read cues from guests but we are only human and we don’t always get it right. If you’re someone who wants to be in and out as quickly as possible, or someone that wants peace and quiet from your salon experience, please let your Stylist know.
It’s hard to cut hair faster than it takes but we can turn down the volume of music and if you’d rather read than have your Stylist talk to you, just say. They won’t be in the least bit offended. Our job is to make sure you leave the salon with a great haircut and enough education to know how to manage the style at home but it’s also to make the experience as pleasurable as we can, and we know that is different for different people.
