First time using west End Lane salon .
Much smaller than last two salons so a bit crowded but it was a Saturday I normally go during the week........Juan was as always welcoming and efficient he knows how I like my hair and this is why I always return to Hobbs.
As usual Mike is so welcoming and professional, love the color and haircut, he’s such an asset for Hob
Was given a fantastic haircut by Maki always takes her time and so lovely and friendly
The reason I have not returned is because my hair cut and colour was criticised and I just wanted a blow dry , I was also questioned on why I had not been to hobs fir a while , the blow dry was good but I don’t want to have to answer questions , and be insulted.

Maki is as brilliant as ever…..I would go anywhere for her to cut my hair. However, I have to admit though that the overall experience is not as pleasant as the years I spent visiting your Camden salon. I just found West Hampstead rather noisy and crowded. I’ll continue to visit HOB because of Maki, but I think it’s not the best of decisions giving up Camden, whatever those reasons might be.

Eva takes so much care and attention to my hair and colour, the blend on my balayage is always amazing. Every time I leave the salon I am in love with my hair and super happy. Tomasz gives absolutely excellent stylist care - always superb for colours and hair cutting and washing and hair blowing style. He is immensely skilled and talented and Ive been using his hair styling for quite a few years. He gives his clients brilliant care. He also has a fantastic eye for the best cut for oneself.
