Maki is as brilliant as ever…..I would go anywhere for her to cut my hair. However, I have to admit though that the overall experience is not as pleasant as the years I spent visiting your Camden salon. I just found West Hampstead rather noisy and crowded. I’ll continue to visit HOB because of Maki, but I think it’s not the best of decisions giving up Camden, whatever those reasons might be.

Eva takes so much care and attention to my hair and colour, the blend on my balayage is always amazing. Every time I leave the salon I am in love with my hair and super happy. Tomasz gives absolutely excellent stylist care - always superb for colours and hair cutting and washing and hair blowing style. I’m sorry to say that this was really not a good experience.
I’ve been coming to HOB for years and recently quite a few stylists have left.
This time my colour took over 4 hours, and when I told my stylist that I needed to leave I felt her attitude completely changed towards me and I felt extremely uncomfortable.
She was quite rude and I really felt very on edge.
On top of that, my hair (balayage) was really not great, the colour was not what I expected. I didn’t respond initially as I was quite upset.
I’m afraid I won’t be coming back.
I am delighted with the results of my cut and blow dry from Bettina and the great advice about care / products / colour. I’ll be back.
