Everyone at Hob Salon West Hampstead is always so friendly and helpful, and it’s such a lovely environment. Debbie always does an amazing job with my cut and colour—I’m still over the moon about the results from my appointment with her yesterday!

Kelvin was amazing. I had highlights, cut and blow dry. The result is excellent and I would highly recommend this salon. Everyone wore masks and there was lots of covid hand gell.

I have been going to Hob Stewart ever since I arrived in London decade ago. Great blow dry & cut. Unlike other hairstylists, he takes time to do hair & actually listens to client and does hair. Doesn’t apply too much traction & gives great volume even if you have flat or limp hair! Also, Hob provide great hydrating treatments which I like. Couldn’t have asked for a better stylist. Thank you very much for taking care of my hair Stewart.

I honestly always feel welcome in the salon - whether it’s for my regular fringe trims or for my first haircut. I will 100% be coming again as it’s great value for money and everybody is so welcome!

I wasn’t able to have my highlights done, which was the main reason for my booking as I was late due to traffic (did not want to take tube due to covid). I had asked to confirm all staff wore masks before confirming my appointment & was disappointed to see some staff & several customers w/out masks. My stylist’s mask was under his nose a lot of the time, & he seemed annoyed and rough with my hair when I mentioned lack of mask wearing.

I’ve had hair cuts and colour from Debbie and Tasha. Both lovely, listened to what I wanted (not too much taken off the length, not too fussy) and as both are curlies themselves, understood how the cut would look when done. Tasha gave great advice on simple styling too. Debbie found space for me after I got the time of my appointment wrong. Thanks both!

I really enjoy coming to Hob and catching up with Chloe she’s so lovely friendly totally professional and makes me feel very welcome. It’s a pleasure coming here . The colouring was exactly as I wanted and Chloe is excellent at advising and suggesting options etc

I went in for a cut and finish and a balayage. The whole experience was great - at the start of the appointment I received a consultation from a colouring specialist and from a stylist. After the consultations, they debriefed and made sure the final look would be good. All the staff were polite and very attentive and made the appointment feel like a treat. (I've been for some appointments in the past, not at a Hob Salon, where you are made to feel rushed and that you as the customer are somehow a burden on the staff. My appointment at Hob Salons was the polar opposite, they treated me like I was royalty.) I am really pleased with how my hair turned out and I've received lots of compliments on it since. I had a really pleasant experience and would recommend the salon to my friends.

I always have an excellent experience with salon, and with hairdresser Debi, who is always polite, friendly.

I am very happy with the advice and style that Thomas did for me after I had a bad haircut. He was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend Thomas. Lovely clean salon.

Great service, Lovely people and lovely result! They took the time to discus with me exactly what I wanted, looked at pictures and checked up on me through the whole process.

When I go to put colour and to cut my hair I always ask for Vitalis as he always does an amazing job with my hair.

First time using Hob. Loved my colour and cut by Debbie. As my hair is quite damaged she recommended a course of treatment which I intend to follow.

Vitalis is amazing! He gets what you want, advises accordingly and partners with you to ensure your goal is reached. He us super friendly and very skilful. He helped me with the desired hair dye and highlights in 2 sessions. Something I had needed a year previously!
