Bryn is incredible. Kind and funny, he is very personable. He always listens and does a fabulous job with my hair colour demands!! I come to the salon just for him!! All of the front of house staff smile and are friendly though and is a lovely experience.

I was in Angela’s hands at HOB salon getting a cut and blow dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She was so experienced and knew exactly what would be good for my hair- I trusted the process and ended up loving it (short and bouncy, with a lovely shape)! And a professional, clean, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Tbh I don’t recall the name of my hairdresser since I have tried to block out the need for colour corrective services ever since my visit. I chose a serious colour stylist and although they were nice I walked out with a colour of orange that in all the years of colouring my hair I have never had happen. Not ever ! It has been 2 color corrections since and I still will have to continue to add highlight and lowlights because of the permanent orange brassiness that isn’t just a little off but fully noticeable orange hue.

The stylist Betty was fantastic, and advised me on a tricky style, and how to look after it. A good cup of coffee was provided and the price seemed reasonable - I’ll definitely be going back

What can I say about the brilliant Vitalis that I haven’t said before. I never leave the salon disappointed, the man is a genius! Super natural looking colour every time.

Works absolute magic with my hair and I always leave with a completely fresh and fuller look.

Lovely blonde tone does suit my complexion although slightly darker than I was expecting. Was told it would brighten up once the toner was washed out. So maybe the toner was not needed? Rita was lovely throughout and I would re book with her

What an amazing experience at HOB in West Hampstead. The staff was wonderful and Bryn and Rita were excellent. They listened to my concerns and I left with beautiful color and highlights and well as a beautiful hIr cut

I was booked for an appointment with a Hair stylist named ****** who cut my hair badly. Since she is not familiar and good with doing layers so she suggested on doing what she can do best, despite my repeated requests for layers. After cutting my hair so badly, she told me she don’t feel comfortable in doing my hair, and that she could book another appointment with another hair stylist. My hair so annoying that I couldn’t wait another appointment to get them fixed. I had my flight the next day. Then a senior hair stylist named Rita fixed my hair amazingly, and I really appreciate the work she did. Rita’s work is amazing, and I greatly appreciate it.

I went in for a balayage and it came out looking AMAZING! Everyone was super lovely and the price was really reasonable - hugely recommend!

Angela is a very professional, friendly and attentive hairstylist with great skills set. She cut my hair in a young stylish style and I love it. I recommended her to my friend who was also delighted with her hair cut and Angela’s genuine interest as a person, not only a client ! I am in and so his my friend. I highly recommend Angela.

I received terrific colour, cut and blow dry today. Looked hugely better after leaving than when I arrived. First time visit and will definitely be a regular from now on.

Angela is a star. My hair hadn't been cut in a while so we discussed the style I should have. I agreed with all her ideas and now have a fabulous pixie cut. A truly professional, personal and caring experience. I'll be back. Very highly recommended. Thank you Angela.

Today I went into the salon looking like a mountain sheep and came out brimming with delight! A stylish and beautifully cut head of hair gave me great enjoyment. Rarely have I had such a good hair cut!
