As for the cut cost not all of our stylist offer this service and some of the stylist only offer cutting appointments, this is to ensure all of our stylist are paid fairly However, we appreciate your feedback and will definitely take it into consideration.

We always strive to make sure our customers are well informed of the treatments they are booking and are fully aware of any additional costs. I will speak to Mike but the last time you were in you had the same service but without a blow dry (Balayage, Toner & Olaplex) on the 14th Feb 2023, As you should have been aware we also had a price increase on all services from 1st Oct 2023 which we had emailed all clients from August/ September.
