I have never stuck with a hair salon because I am never 100% happy but I absolutely love this particular one in West Hampstead. Bryn is absolutely amazing at his job and also very funny! The staff are all so lovely and very welcoming and there is a good vibe. 100% recommend :-)

Vitalis is a very friendly and chatty person who is also very professional hairdresser. I would defentaly recommend him to all my friends. He also can give you advices when you want a change of hair style. Thanks for all your care

I’m so happy with how Anna cut my hair. She always has you walking out the door feeling like a million dollars! She’s an experienced stylist, who’s very professional and she’s really lovely too.

So happy with my new haircut! Vitalis sat and talked to me before the cut and did exactly what I wanted- I walked out of the salon like a new woman! Brilliant!

I used to live near the salon but for years I’ve been travelling to see Tomasz at Hob West Hampstead. I’ve never had a stylist who is so meticulous, friendly and is an absolute genius with my hair. I hadn’t had a cut for over 6 months and people were asking me if I’d just had it cut. The shape and cut that Tomasz does grows so beautifully. Definitely recommend!!!

Thomas was really helpful. He understood what I was looking for and did a perfect job . I had been to a lot of places before but this is the 2nd time I have met with a good stylist who understands the face and does the job properly. . For me he was quite welcoming and got a happy customer so definitely will go back again ? . The place although has a mix of attitude ?. The women at the counter was kind of rude. That would put me off if I entered and met her first but thank God I met with the brilliant stylist / creator who did a wonderful job . I would highly recommend Thomas?.

Our stylist was wonderful, so much so that I had to bring in my other boy for a haircut. Only thing I would address is that my husband was charged more for our 2nd boy Matteo’ when in fact his hair was less complicated. If I recall the first haircut for Gianluca was less. There should be some consistency with pricing.

I came in with freshly bleached hair, it was falling out and a disaster, Tomasz was very honest and helpful about what I could do to help the situation, he cut and styled it amazingly. Love him!

I live mainly in Yorkshire but when in London I will always now have my hair cut by Debbie.So very pleased with the cut. My concern and I will be speaking to head office is the surcharge I was not informed of that you placed on my bill. Should I of not been so shocked and felt obliged to give you an extra nearly two pounds I would of refuseto allow you to put that on my card. I left an extremely generous tip for Debbs cause I wanted to. that was my decision. and appreciation of her service.

So love our hob days. Debbie and her team are excellent. My hair is in safe hands. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Debbie is wonderful and the shampoos are improving.

HOB West Hampstead has been one of the best colouring experience I've ever had. I had a specific requirement and Kelvin was amazing and patient and spent so much time with me understanding what needed to be done. The receptionists were lovely and kind. I was so happy with how they handled my specialist need for colour and I would highly highly recommend them.

Vitalis did a great job on my hair, gave good advices, he was very knowledgeable, really friendly, can't recommend him enough.
Sonja was also very friendly, really nice atmosphere in the shop, everyone was friendly and professional. 5 star service! Well done!

Every time I come to your salon I always leave with a smile on my face no matter how I felt when I entered. Although I am always satisfied with my hair cut etc it’s the warm upbeat atmosphere of all the staff especially Debbie who always puts me first and gives 100 per cent service. I feel as if I am in my sitting room rather than a salon having fun with my family and friends. Love them all what a great team x

I have been going Debbie one of the senior stylists who has recently transferred to the West Hampstead sight. She has brilliant cutting skills and a great eye for colour.
The salon is new to me and it is bright, comfortable and totally covid-safe. The team are all friendly and helpful.

I had an olaplex blowdry and it was a very good experience. The hair dresser was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The salon is very clean and spacious.

I had a bit of a bad experience but Hob were so kind and understanding! They booked me to fix my hair and this is the most I’ve ever loved my hair. Thank you Vitalis, you are so talented.

Debbie has been cutting and colouring my hair for years. She’s fantastic and I always get compliments on my hair after I’ve been to see her. I highly recommend her!

I was very well taken care of by Thomas who took his time to make me feel at ease and helped tackle my fear of having my hair cut. I love my new hair and would 100% recommend.

Arrived a few minutes late, was first one of the day at 9am, with Debbie who as always was excellent. I enjoyed going and obviously delighted with the outcome and the staff, very professional.

I always enjoy getting my haircut by Ana at Hob. There is a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff are lovely. Ana does a fantastic job, listening to what I want and ensuring I get the perfect cut. I am definitely a loyal customer now!

My stylist Debbie had recently relocated to this branch. Excellent cutting and colouring skills in a bright friendly salon.

I used to go to Debbie over 10 years ago before emigrating and I had yet to find a better cut globally . I am now in Glasgow and booked an apt with Debbie whilst visiting in London . Debbie the way you cut is thoughtful and caring . You listen and have an eye for detail; look at the way the hair falls . Even when I do not blow dry it still looks good . Thank you as always and wish I was more local .

Great hairdressers and a friendly salon.

I arrived a little early but was dealt with straight away. Deborah has been cutting my hair for longer than I care to remember - she is the best.

Bryn is the best colourist on this planet. He gives me high contrast and the level of service is 10/10.
