I love getting facials at Aurora. The facial is always tailored to my skin’s needs and it’s extremely thorough. Even though it includes extraction, I always find it a relaxing experience as Aurela makes me feel extremely at ease. It’s more than a pampering experience - I always feel reborn afterwards!

I have a massage from Christina every fortnight and they're great, she's really helping to fix my neck and shoulder issues!

What a lovely experience! I came for my first time to this salon earlier today to get a pedicure and manicure by a lovely lady who I think was called Annette. She did such an amazing job and was lovely to chat to. Lovely salon with a nice warm environment. All staff were very nice and friendly and I will 100% be making this my new regular salon! I’ve been going to Aurora for a few years for laser hair removal, facials as well as massage, and I am extremely happy with the results, the customer service and the care and attention they give each and every time. . I’ve always suffered with dark thick hair on my body and couldn’t believe the results after just 1 painless session with Aurelia - and now I don’t need to worry about my hair growth in these areas at all, apart from top up treatments every 8months - a year.
In terms of facials, Aurelia always knows just what my skin needs and I always leave with my skin glowing and feeling so relaxed in general. In terms of massage again I can’t recommend Aurora beauty enough.

Staff here is fantastic! These ladies are polite and professional. Place is very clean and gorgeous. Location is also great for transport connections. Definitely recommend for a relaxing pamper day!

Me: A superb high wax, v gentle & efficient. Different specialist waxes & creams as required. Pedicure - The girls are all excellent, podiatry proficient, understanding, asking the right questions. Impressive.
Mum (90+ yrs) - they all extra spoil her. Eyelash & eyebrows tint, v kind.
Nothing too much trouble.
(Don't tell the boss, but the odd chin hairs removed!). Salon SPOTLESS. Loos always bleached. Prices reasonable & comparable.
A joy to visit xxx (No I'm not related, but am local & C11 bus outside! ?)

A very professional experience from a warm, smiley and generous team.
First time visiting the clinic. A generous 10% off for a new customer. My wax was cared for by Aneta who was very professional, warm and listened to my worries about my second ever bikini wax.
Highly recommend this clinic, cannot wait to come back for another wax and other treatments!

Just moved to area. First time at Aurora for eyebrow threading. Aneta was professional, thoughtful, checked in with me on what I wanted and gave considered advice. The salon is clean fresh and pretty. Would recommend!

Amazing experience with the treatment radio frequency I noticed results tighten skin and lost inch in my lower abdomen and flanks , lovely stuff specially Zaneta , I don’t package treatment before my holiday I would like to do 2 more sessions after my holiday, great place I recommend

There has been a change in ownership but the salon is largely the same. The treatment room was narrow but perfectly adequate. The therapist was knowledgeable.

I sadly didn’t ask for the woman who provided the service name but she was amazing and professional. learnt so much yesterday about my body from just a wax session! very nice and i was so happy with the results. Thank you so much❤️
