HOB Hair Salon Whetstone, London

Emma’s expertise and excellent customer service never fails to impress me - she clearly genuinely cares hugely about her customers. She both makes it a lovely experience and creates a fabulous haircut that lasts well.

My hairstyle was done brilliantly and my stylist was super friendly and chatty. I was seen to straight away. The only things that were a shame were that I wasn't offered a drink during my appointment and the area I was sat in hadn't been swept up. Although I'd booked and paid for my appointment online, I was asked to pay a further £5 at the end, as the receptionist said the prices had increased, and I hadn't been charged correctly. I think this was unfair, the prices should be clear and upto date on the site, and any extra charges should be relayed on the onset. If there's a fault on the site, it shouldn't be a regular customer who bears the brunt of it.

I booked my appointment ages ago online - it was an important one as it’s for a wedding.
I had booked with Laura- and received a txt earlier in the week to confirm.
When I turned up I was told Laura no longer works Fridays anymore. Obviously this was very stressful. I said I was prepared to go home and come back- and they found me an appointment for 2.5 hours later. So HOB mistake was a massive inconvenience, since I was prepping for my niece’s wedding.
Afterwards they were polite and gave me some free samples, but in retrospect this wasn’t adequate.
Lawrence- who I had my appointment with was very good. So I was happy with the results.

Laurence is a master at what he does. He uses his scanned knowledge, skills and experience to match my hair to my face, body, personality and grooming routine. I just had my hair done today. As always, I got loads of compliments but, more importantly, I looked amazing. Thank you.

I came to Hob for the first time on Feb and just had my 3rd visit. Christie is an excellent cutter. The style holds through 8 weeks. She's relaxed and approachable. Very happy.

I have to say that this is the best my hair colour has looked ever!! Olivia literally fixed a bad job from my previous hair disaster and I am over the moon with the results. My previous “hair disaster was with another hairdresser not associated with Hobs”. Honestly so happy with my visit today and I had a really relaxing experience. To add, all the staff were really nice and there was a lovely vibe to the salon.

I have always been incredibly happy with yhe service at your salon . Kristy is a wonderful hairdresser. So decided to have a half head of highlights to brighten up my grey hair. I am afraid on my return home I am a little disappointed because there doesn't seem to be any change in the colour of my hair

Great colour that gives my hair a new lease of life and along with the cut brings makes my hair look like I have a natural balayage. David is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I thought it be a good idea to colour my hair and do some DIY at home!! Never ever doing that again. My hair was more colourful than the rainbow. I stepped into the salon and was recommended to see Olivia. She gave me a consultation and then proceeded with making my hair look normal again! I am in love with this colour, a softer shade of brown. I had been recommended to use olaplex with the colour to prevent any damage, followed by a bio one mask. So happy of my experience, thank you Olivia.
