HOB Hair Salon Whetstone, London

I believe that colour on my head was left for too long as poor girl was busy applying colour for another client. it was wrong colour after all and she had to apply toner to balance it. So I have spent more than an hour with chemicals on my head . I had itchy and burning sensation in my scalp. Staining around hairline was very difficult to remove and resulted in skin irritation. Worst experience ever. I had an amazing experience during my previous visit. I am so sad that it went wrong this time and I didn’t know if I will be able to come back.

Mia is a brilliant hairdresser, so kind and caring and really made a fuss of my daughter whose first time it was in the salon today . She is brilliant with children and Rosie loved every minute. She has been doing my hair for years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. A fabulous hairdresser.

I was a walk in feeling a bit fed up! Laurence sat me down, asked lots of questions, and I ended up leaving feeling much better! He really listened to what I said and I now have a lovely new haircut, easy to manage and will definitely be back. Thank you ?

David is a fabulous hairdresser and takes a lot of time, he is very attentive.

Despite being under the weather, Debbie excelled herself. Best ever.
Must also mention lovely hellos and welcome from so many at the salon. Only one niggle.....difficult to converse at backwash as salon very busy (good!) with loud music ? Hey-ho!

Not my usual colourist I will miss Laura and Sian but I must say Meeting Tayla today was a pleasant surprise and what a great job she done, from start to finish she was listening to what I wanted and certainly didn’t disappoint, from Kyle taking over washing my hair whilst Tayla accommodating other clients was also attentive throughout! Adrian has done an amazing job finishing off giving me the cut I wanted! Thank you guys soo much, kee ip the good work

Always a friendly welcome and I always come out feeling very pleased with my cut and colour.

Always a pleasure having my hair cut with Emma, she is very thorough and makes me feel at ease when cutting. I am happy with the results and will be returning in a few months for my next trim.

Always feel so well looked after when I go to HOB for a blow dry or a cut. Tayla remembered how she did my hair last time and she worked her magic again! She is quick but thorough. Brilliant team always greet customers with a smile and make you feel special ?

I had my very long hair cut for the first time in 4 years by the lovely Debbie. I was quite anxious about having it cut but Debbie was professional and personable which put me at ease. She cut it into a neat bob which I’ve had lots of compliments on! Would definitely recommend Debbie and all the lovely people at Hob Whetstone!

Emma is lovely and I was very happy with my hair.

My wash & blow dry was a lovely relaxing experience. The young girl who washed my hair was polite and attentive and my head massage was a nice touch.

Tayla was lovely and she did a fantastic job on my thick frizzy hair. Her hands had a special touch. I would definitely book another appointment with her again.

The service was totally perfect from the moment I phoned for an appointment. Adam booked me in and explained about services and timings in such an upbeat, friendly way. Upon arrival, he was equally as charming. Adrian was my stylist and I instantly felt at ease in his care. Such a lovely man, and I could tell he was super talented. He listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered exactly that. This was my first time at Hob, but I’ll definitely be back. I couldn’t rate it more highly.

She was brilliant although young and lacked experience she did a good colour and given the right opportunities in the correct environment..will thrive with her willingness and potential.

Great service! My hair was washed and cut by Emma who did a fantastic job and gave some helpful advice when I asked about what style I should have and how to keep it healthy. She offered me tea and coffee as well as a head massage while washing my hair!

The haircut was quick but methodical and I’m left with soft healthy hair that looks much better than when I went in.

Can’t fault Emma or Hobs Salon. Great service.
