Wow. Booked a cut and colour with Toni & Guy Wimbledon on a friend's recommendation and I am so, so pleased with the result.
Felt so welcomed and looked after from start to finish. The team members that I met were all warm and friendly. Katrina is an absolutely pro - so quick to understand what sort of haircut I was looking for - full of ideas of how we could change it up for nights out. Definitely read me very well - which instantly made me feel at ease and in very safe hands.
My hair was coloured by Jay. He is absolutely beautiful - so kind - and most importantly, his precision and attention to detail applying my colour was like watching an artist at work. Colour and coverage is spot on.

I have a long thik hair that usually i try to maintain the roots color, but today first time im going short hair, was very nervous but the stylist reassured me and did a great job. I loved the cut, the Color, it gives me a different look and I feel new ..from long hair to short hair ..its takes some balls but I'm loving it ????. The staff are really helpful and great, good job and well done. I liked their advise and I'm going back soon for a keratine treatment ????

Mustafa is very competent, nice, focus and I’ve akways been happy with all the haircuts I had ! Tony & Guy staff in Wimbledon are all lovely and very helpful ! I’d recommend it to everyone !

My salon experience today was very good, I enjoyed the whole experience. Very friendly staff and they listen to your needs 10 out of 10.

I was invited to the salon for a second appointment to correct colour which did not tuned out to be according to my wishes during a cut and colour appointment the previous week. What a lovely experience. I was looked after by a team of stylists who talked to me in detail about what I wanted and did a great job. I have not been so happy with the colour of my hair in years. I was given a little pressie as well in a form of a nice hair mask. I felt pampered and spoiled. Many thanks to the team. I could not be happier with the service and my hair.

I first came to Toni & Guy after a bad experience. Fay has been brilliant and after several keratin straightening treatments, my hair is in a far better condition than it’s ever been. She’s also advised me about styles and had practice sessions for my sone wedding. Very happy customer!

Niamh was wonderful as usual with my daughter - a lovely lady and amazing stylist, a credit to T & G. Looking forward to getting my haircut with her next month.

Amazing as ever !

I just wanted a trim & fringe cut for my holiday & I got just what I asked so thumbs up from me.

I booked an appointment with a mid level stylist ***** for a colour and a cut. The colour turn out completely wrong so I had to sit through additional 2 hours to correct it. It was an all over colour so I would not think it was too complex for the stylist. The end result was still not what I asked for ( I brought in a picture). She then decided to leave half way through cutting my hair so another colleague had to finish the haircut. Unheard of. I spend 4.5 hours in the salon after which I was not happy with my hair. I was charged the full price for the colour and cut. Very disappointed. I will not be using them again.
