Rosie has done an amazing job for my wedding hair trial. She really listened to exactly what I wanted and styled its beautifully! I love it and can’t wait to get married now!

I don’t think Jen has ever given me the same haircut twice (at my request). I always like to change it up and it never throws her! She advises me if she doesn’t think something will work but equally points me in the direction of where we might take it next time.

I arrived at T&G Wimbledon this afternoon in a real state having had a terrible colour job at a totally different hairdresser, who knew they had messed up but were only willing to put it right the next day... So I said no way and that I was sure T&G would be more helpful. I arrived at T&G and everyone in the salon was super kind, understanding and wanted to help. I had no appointment but they squeezed me in, promised they could sort it out for me and that all would be well. Max was fabulous - kind, professional and did a great colour job. Alex did a lovely blow dry too. I’ll never go to another hairdresser again. Their focus on customer service was exceptional and I left very happy!

I was nervous about attending the Salon as I've always had my hair done at hair salons specialising in Afro Caribbean hair. I needn't have been worried because Sylvestre calmed my nerves and did an even better job, which is ideal as this Salon is much more convenient to get to.

Jennifer as usual was fantastic.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but in this case, - I felt compelled. I have been frequenting the Wimbledon branch of Toni & Guy on average every 3-4 weeks for the last 10 years now, so this review is long overdue (shame on me). For the vast majority my stylist has been Mustafa. Behind an unassuming demeanor lies one of the most gifted stylists that has ever cut my hair. What the man can’t do with a pair of scissors isn’t worth knowing - he could conduct a symphony orchestra with them and has probably forgotten more than most stylists know. But there are many great stylists out there. It is however the little things that separate this man apart. He is the nicest man you’ll ever meet and takes a genuine interest in you. The fact that he always remembers what I was doing or where I was heading on holiday the last time I came in. That he’s not too big to wash my hair himself on the odd occasion if it’s exceptionally busy and there are no technicians available - rather than just leaving me sitting there waiting. I am an estate agent (for my sins) and I work extremely long hours. A couple of times recently Mustafa has actually rearranged his shifts to accommodate seeing me on the late nights I was available..! I was blown away, I mean who does that...

He is an asset to your business and a true ambassador of your brand. Many people have good runs, but to deliver what this man does over such a sustained period of time is a truly remarkable achievement. This man has been delivering exceptional technical standards coupled with outstanding customer service for as long as I can remember. Day after day, week after week, year after year, never faultering, so I thought it about time I left this review.

Thank you Mustafa. Thank you for the last 10 years and looking forward to the next. As long as there is hair on my head, you will be the man cutting it...

Excellent colour and cut, it was just very slow. Nearly 3 hours for a half head, trim of long hair 1 1/2 inches) and a blow dry.

This is a very inclusive salon, meaning both that everyone is welcome and that they include all the little touches which turn a haircut into a little treat. I always get a thorough shampoo (& head massage) & a great cut. I can recommend Niamh for her care, enthusiasm & cutting skills.

Sylvestre both coloured and cut my hair and it has never looked better everyone says it looks good

Service was very efficient and hair cut was just how I'd asked. Will definitely be going back!

All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t go any where else as I have always been extremely satisfied.

Happy with my cut tonight. Max listened to what I asked and cut carefully, explaining along the way. I will be back :)

Georgia always does such a great hair cut for me, her attention to detail is always outstanding. She is friendly, welcoming, listens to any issues I might have with my hair and comes up with help and advice. She tries so hard.

Sylvestre is amazing, it is a collaborative stylist-client relationship. I love his attention to detail. Not only do I have fabulous hair - but I now receive many, many compliments even from passerby’s; and that something I haven’t had for years.

Syvestre is an incredible hair dresser who truly loves what he's doing, every time i walk away with perfect her better then I could imagine and due to that I will not trust anyone else to cut my hair!

We always have a good natter as are both higjly creative individuals, which is refreshing to talk to someone so genuine.

I only wish I could afford to get my hair cut mre often!!
