Top quality service and excellent cut.

I love Jennifer, she is the most creative, professional, cool hairdresser who has done my hair. A real creative asset for Toni, and Guy.

I regularly have my hair cut with Katrina at Toni&Guy Wimbledon and can categorically say that I always leave the saloon with a smile on my face! Not only my haircut looks exactly how I want, I also have a great time whilst there. The entire team is very dedicated, from the receptionists, the girls who wash hair and do some great head massages, to every one there who are always asking if I need anything else or if I want another cuppa. High quality service! Katrina is very professional, friendly and really takes the time to understand what I want. To me, this is priceless as I feel that I'm in great hands and can totally trust her. The same happened with other professionals there when I had colour done. They sat down with me and took the time and attention to understand what I wanted and also gave me their opinion and suggestions. Just perfect! I cannot recommend this place enough- worth every penny!

Booked a style director as that's all that was available last minute. She did a quick cut then handed over to a student to do the blowdry without asking if I'm ok with that so she could move onto the next client. Receptionist gave me a dirty look for pointing out that's not £61 worth of service but she did reduce the price to £52 - that's still paying for a senior stylist for what's clearly advertised as a cut & blowdry!
Didn't tip. Won't be back. You're trading on the Toni& guy brand with 0 interest in anything other than getting people in and out as fast as possible.

My hairdresser, Reanne did a great job. From an unhealthy hair to a lovely and healthy looking hair. I had a cut and blow dry and I can't be happier.
The salon is really clean and the staff is really welcoming.
I will return for sure!

Great knowledgeable staff, lovely haircut and finish.

As usual, service was excellent in all respects - from the hair spa, the styling and the reception staff.
There are obvious benefits in using the same stylist. Mustafa is fabulous; but on those occasions when he is not available, other stylists show how observant they and always do a really good job

Great service and amazing hairdressers!

After five years I plucked up the courage to go for a cut and full colour and being weary of salons anyway was apprehensive. I needn't have worried all the staff were fantastic made me feel at ease and spent plenty of time going through my option before performing miracles and turning my long lank box dyed hair into a work of beauty fit for the wedding I'm attending at the weekend. I will be back

It's a pleasure to go to Toni and Guy in Wimbledon especially since they have moved into the new salon. There is always a buzz there - staff are friendly, courteous and quick to offer refreshment. But, above all, the stylists are excellent so I feel relaxed and confident that I will pleased with the result and I always am!

Always a joy to visit T&G and a great cut. Lovely clean salon, and you get a great head massage too!

Once again great colour result by Georgia. Really satisfied with the work and service is excellent from all the staff. Bill is expensive but worth the result as I now only need to do the colour highlights 3/4 times a year and roots 6-8 weeks it all works out.

The quest for the perfect colour combination is complete, thank you Michele:-)

I was told to arrive at 1pm for my appointment I was on time. 45 minutes later I was still waiting for and hair cut only when I made a fuss was anything done my haircut was not started till 155 why is that accept able by Catrina one of your top stylists who is not cheap. No discount just shampoo sample I will not be back

Friendly, professional service as always

This is the second time I've been to this salon. Georgia has done an amazing job on my hair both times, guiding me through the growing out process following a charity head shave. In addition,, and despite only having been once before, she remembered details of our conversation from 3 months earlier - incredible when you think how many clients she's had since then! That personal touch has been something I've been looking for for a while. And the girl who washed my hair gave me a great pub recommendation! (Apologies, I didn't get her name.) I'm now officially a regular!

Lovely colour

Went in with yellow frizzy hilights and came out with soft creamy blonde curls. Cannot recommend Emma and Rachel highly enough!! Lifesavers! Almost cried when I saw how lovely it looked

I saw Mustafa yesterday for a cut and blow dry. He listened to what I wanted and took great care cutting my hair. I was really pleased with the results. Really impressed with my cut at Toni & Guy. It was my first time in this salon, which is clean and bright. I was really pleased with my cut with Georgia - we discussed the style I wanted (layers) and how to match it to my face shape and hair type (long, fine, medium bodied), and she proposed adding a long fringe, which I love. The salon decor is very white but with the addition of warm lighting, the overall effect is not stark. Massage chairs a plus whilst getting shampooed. I will definitely be back - thanks again Georgia!!

Occasionally when I can't get an appointment when I need it I wander if to another salon - I always return, like an obedient puppy! The service and standard of cut is always superior to other salons. Today was no different - I always feel confident with a T&G cut.

Visited today, never had haircut with Jennifer before, and I have to say I was impressed. She listened carefully, cut with calm concentration, and it was magic. A very good service.

Hi.. Always a great cut and staff lovely. Shame so many lights in the wash area can't put them on or we would be blinded!

Great service as always but the salon wasn't as clean. My chair was full of hairs and then I started noticing hairs averywhere (table, floor, etc.). A place so white should be kept very clean (not the first time I notice).

They had got the incorrect information from another Toni&guy that I went too, dyed my hair the wrong colour. When I said it's not the colour I usually get, Staff just blamed others. I had to pay for it and that was that. Never go again.

The manager at Toni & Guy Wimbledon runs the salon like a well oiled ship and this is down to her vast experience, a attention to detail and the excellent team employed there. The staff are all to be commended for the polite and individual attention given to customers. This starts as soon as you enter the newly refurbished, state of the art salon, complete with adjustable massage chairs and a range of hot/cold beverages on offer.
The senior stylists are very talented and one member of staff has been selected as a finalist in the national hairdressing awards. Equally the junior stylists work hard to maintain T & G expected standards and they are all able to offer a great head massage and a good blo-dry alongside endlessly polite and engaging customer service.
My thanks particularly go to Catrina, Sylvestre, Rachel and Chloe - as a regular customer, I always leave the salon feeling happy with the results and with the professional service I've received. Thank you :)

I saw Lorraine today for my treatment. She is always punctual, friendly and makes you feel st ease. She has a gentle touch and really cares about her clients. She is a really lovely person and I would recommend her without hesitation
