About us

TONI&GUY Wimbledon opened in the town in 1995. As a strong team of passionate stylists and technicians we will ensure your visit to TONI&GUY is the ultimate salon experience. In February 2017 we relocated to the 1st floor of Centre Court above Marks & Spencer, to a beautiful bright new salon but with the same talented team.

Our stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows such as London Fashion Week and Brits awards, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk and showbiz.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and the Wella colour expert, so your hair will be in safe hands with our technicians.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the Keratin Smoothing blow-dry. We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, L’Oreal and Tangle Teezer SmartBond and Olaplex, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

We also have our aesthetics clinic in the salon Eden at TONI&GUY, offering the latest in skin rejuvenation and beauty treatments such as laser, Venus Freeze and IPL therapy.

I asked for my bob to be shaped and to keep the length. I asked for a graduated edge about an inch deep. I didn’t want a straight cut.

The result is a straight cut that has the appearance of a hard edge and the underneath bit at the back is shorter than the top layer. This does not vibe the graduated effect I was expecting. The layers should be starting longer underneath and top layers shorter. It’s also slightly longer on one side. I asked for a parting to the side and to cut it graduating to the side but it was cut to the middle. And there are some odd bits that don’t blend. My mother is a hairdresser so I know a bit about cutting hair and I am sorry to say that this has not been well cut. My
Mother will be fixing it tonight as I don’t have time to come in again as I have a toddler and need to arrange for a sitter.

Hairstylist spent less than 10 minutes overall to cut my thick and long hair. The quality of the haircut was extremely bad which comes as no surprise given the amount of time the hairstylist had spent on it. The hairstylist was clearly in a rush and seemed to want to finish both haircut and a blowdry as quickly as possible. I have had an acute head ache following the blow dry as I have a long and thick hair and the hairstylist was pulling my hair as she was trying to finish blowdrying really quickly.
I want to note that while in the salon I said to ***** that I was content with the service provided however when I came back home and had another look I changed my opinion completely. My hair look bad, the ends are trimmed really poorly and the shape around the face looks very messy. I wasn't sure I was happy with the service at the time when I was in the salon but I was so stressed that all I wanted to do is to leave the salon and find a place to calm down.
I don't think it's professional and fair to the customer when the hairstylist do things in a rush even if the hairstylist is a salon manager.

Niamh did such a wonderful job on my hair! I went in to get a blowdry for my graduation and had such a loose idea of what I wanted that it was really a more an idea of what I don't want. But somehow she got the exact gist of what I was looking for and did such a good job - I can't stop looking at the pictures of that day and thinking how on earth my hair looks that nice. The atmosphere was nice as well, and I had a great hair wash and massage as well as a nice cup of tea. Would come back here next time for sure!

Long-standing client a bit disappointed

I’ve been a customer of the Wimbledon branch for over a year. For a couple of months I was in France and upon my return I book an appointment for hair tint and regrowth.
Disappointed because:
1) I had to wait for the technician for 20 mins. When she finally arrived she spent 25 mins discussing the colour I wanted and in the end not only didn’t help with the choice but left me very confused.
2) The girl washing and blow drying my hair looked very lethargic and uninterested in her job. My head massage took exactly 30 seconds. The massage chair wasn’t working and she didn’t even offer me to sit on a one that is working.
She left my hair wet in places. Definitely the worst blow dry I’ve had in T&G.
3) I booked a Technician and got Director (which I found out upon paying in the end).
Was told I had a toner, 10£ extra without requesting one.
Overall, the same girl doing my washing and blow dry attempted to charge me £20 more.

It’s a shame you treat long-standing customers this way. There are a lot of salons in Wimb and I am sure they’ll offer better value for money.
I am not coming back to T&G.

We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, L’Oreal and Tangle Teezer SmartBond and Olaplex, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

We also have our aesthetics clinic in the salon Eden at TONI&GUY, offering the latest in skin rejuvenation and beauty treatments such as laser, Venus Freeze and IPL therapy.
