Good haircut but not really what I asked for

Natalie is clearly a fantastic stylist but seemed under pressure due to salon being understaffed. The result was me being slotted in while another customers colour was setting was that I didn’t really get what I asked for.
I came prepared with photograph of what I wanted. A mid length, curly, significantly graduated Bob. I left with a short, straight and not a graduated Bob.
Nothing like my last trip to see Natalie when I felt great after leaving.
Sadly quite disappointing and feeling short changed.

This is the third time Natalie has cut my hair, and she has done a brilliant cut every time. I have very thick hair and she manages to cut it into a very chic manageable bob that keeps its shape even when it grows out a bit. My daughter was so impressed that she has started going to Natalie too. I am 50 this year and it is so nice to come out of the salon feeling great. Well worth the money. Great job Natalie!

Love my look. Did what I asked. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. I love to just come and be able to relax with nice drinks and magazines. Love having my hair washed too especially the massage! Thanks guys!
