Very frustrating that Toni & Guy didn’t keep my colour from last time. I loved my last colour and unfortunately not this time. Way too dark. Blow dry was painful (burnt head and brushes stuck in my hair) and took forever. Very disappointing experience

Phill took time to ask me what I desired in terms of colour. I had too many warm highlights and he gave me advice to correct this. He offered an honest assessment which I valued. After half highlights Phill managed to magically transform the colour to match my very mature skin tone. Very pleased with the result.

I just think the salon wasn’t as friendly as usual today although the girl who washed my hair was lovely and chatty. I feel the salon could improve the customer experience as a whole to keep customers wanting to come back.
