I booked with a director stylist(hope I’m writing the right title) believing that She will understand what kind of hairstyle I want but unfortunately I was very disappointed that she fail to mange my expectations. I didn’t come out of the salon as a happy customer.
All I wanted was long hair at the back and short hair at the front, on my face and I received excactly opposite.
I am not saying that she ain’t a good person because I went in again and she has given me time to recut my hair but again it was an adjustment from my side and I was surly didn’t want to show my face to anyone because I looked ugly. I was emotionally very down as I lost my hair plus the look.
My believe to book my appointment with the director stylist wasn’t true.
Rather I would have kept my appointment with the other person.

My suggestions would be

It will be useful if each stylist can Do Counsultantation with some kind of example of the hairstyle/cuts to gain trust of the customers and it will I’m sure help the customer to let stylist know what exactly they are looking for.
I did take some photos with me but it didn’t help me to get the style I wanted.
Very disappointed.
I’ll not visit this salone again for sure.

Nicola is a fantastic cutter. She listens to what you want done and then skilfully cuts your hair. I don’t like ‘products’ and they are not pushed on you and I prefer my hair to dry naturally with possibly a quick blow and that’s fine too.
