I came by chance after looking online and really liked the last minute appointment section on your website which meant I could see immediately the times available. Love the ease of online booking. Staff were friendly and listened to what I wanted for my cut. Checked at all stages that I was happy and made me feel relaxed throughout. I have already booked my next appointment and will have my colour done too. Delighted!

Whether you choose the director or stylist i think they're all trained well enough to do a wonderful job. I'm very happy with my haircut, Leanne made sure to do exactly what i wanted as well as giving her own experienced advice. Everyone was friendly, helpful and engaged in doing their best.

I had a fantastic haircut by Liam today. I have really thick, hard-to-handle hair which had lost all shape. Once again a perfect experience. I am sure this salon only gets better with each visit, which in itself is amazing. People can become complacent with regular custom. I can honestly say that every experience only makes you feel special, cared for and waiting for the next visit. My stylist was really amazing, I have really thick hair and he's really taken the weight off it for me. He really helped me look my best with my face shape and advised me on what was best. He was really friendly and chatty and I felt like I was talking to a friend. The style and shape he has given to my hair is really nice as well

I visited the salon to get an easy to maintain but much improved style and was not disappointed. Leanne and Nicole helped me to choose a colour and style that would suit me and I am thrilled with the result. I would highly recommend them both.

I have been coming to this salon for years. I've also been to Toni and Guy salons across Manchester, London, Eastern Europe, Hong Kong and Tokyo. This branch is one of my favourites. Leanne normally cuts my hair and she never misses a trick when it's being done. It's perfect everytime. She's very friendly and chatty to talk to. I actually look forward to getting my hair done as she is always in good spirits. You will find everyone working here very friendly and chatty. I've had my hair done with many others here too and everybody knows their stuff. You won't get a bad hair cut. But now it's Bon voyage. I will miss coming here and getting my hair cut with Leanne x
