A very freindly and welcoming environment and hair was cut and styled excellently. I had the style director Liam who knew exactly what to do and the layers needed to give my hair the volume and shape to flatter my face without me having to detail it.

I had my usual appointment last week and as always my stylist Leanne advised me with my new hair style she is polite and excellent at her job and I love my new haircut. The girl who washed my hair was an apprentice think her name was Eve when the time comes to offer her a job you should snatch her up quickly as this girl had excellent customer service and worked extremely hard non stop the whole time I was there with a smile on her face and a polite manner with both the customers and staff.

What a amazing salon, such a warm and relaxing feel to it, the staff are all fantastic. You get 100% from the minute you walk through the door, not forgetting the extra little massage from the chairs at the back wash. Service is 100% all of the time. Thanks so much and will see you again x

I haven't been to T&G for some years but was very happy with the experience. They fitted ne in at relatively short notice and didn't keep me waiting at the allotted time. The stylist listened, checked, suggested and clarified. The assistant washed my hair without haste checking both water temp and finger pressure. Once back in the stylists' chair I didn't wait long. She explained her approach and did a great job, exactly as had been discussed. I am maybe older than their regular clientele but was not made to feel so, it was really very good and I would definitely return.

Love my colour and cut today thanks team.
Only a little niggle - I was asked if I wanted a treatment on my hair and I just assumed it was a certain shampoo or something so I just agreed but I think it ended up costing me quite a bit extra money and took quite a lot of extra time which I didn't have - they didn't inform me of this beforehand. But still - I love this salon, very talented team and I totally trust them to make my hair lovely :)

I visited Toni and guy in altrincham today, I booked my appointment online the night before which was easy and convineant. My hairdresser was Leanne she listened to what I wanted doing to my hair and did it with perfection. The staff were welcoming and friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Absaloutly loved my hair and the finish. I've booked another appointment with Leanne and will use her from now on!!

I was a bit unsure if it would be worth it at first but I went anyway just to see what it was like and thank god I did! The service was exceptional and the quality of my haircut was awesome. My decision to try toni&guy was fully justified. Special mention to Leanne who cut my hair. She gave me full attention and care with cutting my hair. I love my new haircut and will definitely be back in a few weeks. Well done Leanne you did a great job. Worth every penny!

A very warm welcome on arrival, polite and helpful staff, a very relaxing experience whilst having your hair washed and Leanne who cut my hair is an excellent stylist, who offers wonderful advice and she is very patient whilst discussing your hair style and care with you and she has a lovely personality.

I've been going to T&G in Altrincham for the last 5-6 months,
I found all the staff including Nicole and Nicola fantastic, very professional.
Despite the distance that I have to travel to get there,I'm happy to go back as they are fantastic at their profession and personal level.

Today I had my hair coloured by Nicole. I've been seeing her for about 3 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Having struggled for years to find someone who will actually listen and produce what I want rather than the usual yellow blond highlights I am trilled to have found her. She thinks creatively and uses her excellent technical skills to achieve interesting and flattering colours. She always strives for perfection and has the talent and courage to succeed.
