Clean and friendly.Leanne listens to what type of hairstyle you want and gives her recommendations as to what would suit your face and hair texture.she did my hair cut in layers and I have received many compliments on it. Their products are expensive but good.

Love my hair but wish more transparent about the cost and not consistent
1st time I had cut colour highlights and 2 products. £120ish
Then I came for roots and cut £130 ish
The today I had cut colour and highlights and £176.
It seemed alot more than the first time when I also bought 2 products.
