I've been coming to the salon for two years now, and have always been happy with the service while Ignis worked here. The two appointments I have had since changing stylist have been disappointing. The last appointment I had, i was unhappy with being offered a child's booster seat at the back wash area, I find this really insulting. My haircut is ok, but not as the photo I showed. It is alot of money for the experiences I have received recently.

Difficult times for curly hair

I've always struggled to find a salon where staff can handle my very curly hair. I thought I found it but unfortunately they cannot offer dry haircuts. I'm not an expert but I know this much, curly hair should not be cut the same as straight hair. A bit disappointed.

I had phill do the colour and chicane help also both very nice guys then holly did my extensions they are perfect they put a lot of time into making sure they match and there was no rushing me when holly did the cut she wanted me to be 100% happy which i am :) thank youuuuu

Adam is by far the best stylist I have ever had. Other people have cut my hair when Adam has been away but no one ever compares. He listens to what you want and he does it perfectly. Angela is exceptionally skilled and talented stylist. I have a pretty heavy hair and I struggled in the past to find a stylist who can control my hair well. But Angela does that perfectly well. I used to work in Altrincham 7 years ago and that is how I came across this T&G, but even though I moved jobs 7 years ago, I still come regularly despite this for me now means 25 miles journey one way. This in itself tells enough.

I was left without the heat lamp after a colour for 25 mins, then a lotion which should have been left on for 5-10 mins, left for over 25mins! Hair stylist who coloured my hair only came over to talk to sweeten his deal for a tip - didn’t come over at the sink to check colour!!

Adam who cut my hair, amazing as always!

I will not be coming back after spending £174 on my hair for the kind of treatment I received yesterday - just poor.
