It was my first visit To the salon . I had a very warm welcome and everything was very well organised regarding covid 19 . Very clean salon . Emma did my hair , she listened to me and explained things to me .... i am very fussy with my hair !!!
I am so happy with my cut and colour , just how I wanted it . Will be making another appointment with Emma . She is so lovely and so was Saffi who washed my hair .

I’ve been going here for years now and have always been happy with my experience. Having been very careful during lockdown I was naturally worried about venturing out again but I didn’t need to be. Nicola and her staff have gone above and beyond to make everyone feel safe, all done with a smile. From the amazing waiting room log cabin at the back of the salon to the careful hygiene processes everything is designed to put clients at their ease. Oh and did I mention you’ll get a great cut/colour/blow dry?

Once again a first class experience by the staff at Nicola Harvey’s, Chris again did a lovely job on my hair and Safron gave me a very relaxing hair wash.
Measures in place keeping everyone safe, really takes the time to listen and advise the best for my hair, had my highlights done after lock down feel all fresh and new... Fabulous

Always enjoyed the experience previously but £32 +£1.50 for a mask is a little steep for a straight cut of a few inches done by the student. I also did not received the e.mail prior to the appointment with Covid information.
Under the circumstances the staff worked wonders and yours and their safety was paramount. I was badly in need of a haircut and the cut and blow wave was fantastic - a huge well done to everyone

I visited the salon today for first hair appointment in 4 months. I found the salon to be newly decorated to a high standard, it looks fabulous, everything looking fresh and clean. Additionally there were new alterations to help with C19 safety. A one way system in and out of the salon with additional provision to prevent unnecessary waiting to maintain maximum social distancing in the salon. Temperature checks and disposable paper towels, aprons and gowns along with hand sanitiser stations. I felt very safe and well looked after by all the staff who I find friendly and welcoming as usual. They make the atmosphere relaxing and fun. It’s nice to be removed from the day to day and feel pampered even with C19 restrictions. Sam did my hair today. She was lovely chatty but professional helping me chose the right colour for my hair. I am really happy with the result today.
All in all I would like to congratulate the staff for bringing themselves and making the salon relaxed and lovely despite the restrictions in place for safety. But mostly I’d like to congratulate and thank the owner Nic for all her hard work to make a great salon accessible and safe without losing atmosphere. I could really see the thought and attention to detail spent. Well worth it. Thank you. Looking forward to my next appointment that won’t be 4 months away.
Always happy with my hair. Never enjoyed going to the hairdressers but starting to enjoy it now as the salon has a calming atmosphere and lovely staff. Sam and Chris are amazing and so friendly as is everyone. Thanks again for my lovely hair

Sheer relief of getting my hair back in style. Enjoyable experience, staff pleasant, followed necessary cautionary Covid 19 measures, PPE equipment, etc which is very reassuring. Modern. tastfully decorated salon with excellent hair skills of staff. Very satisfied with result A credit to company & staff in such trying circumstances.
Excellent. I felt welcomed and totally save. The beautifully decorated salon with it's organisation for social distancing and PPE made the visit pleasurable and relaxing. The addition of the new sunroom with views over the beautiful garden meant the waiting time between procedures went quickly and I didn't miss the magazines.
I left the salon reduvinated. It's amazing what a haircut can do, I've already booked my next appointment.

As always excellent service enjoyed being looked after and loved my new colour by Nicola - all positive- more expensive than expected but expected under circumstances. Wouldn’t trust any other salon with my problem hair!!

My appointment ran smoothly. Before entering salon waited in summer house till my appointment time. Hygiene was excellent and had no feelings of anxiety

I have been a long standing client and spent alot of money at nicola Harvey hair salon but having bad anxiety she made me wait 50 mins for my oppt and then when I mentioned it she said you cant be a client anymore how is that to be treated it's terrible, she was happy take my money but if u cant take criticism you shouldnt be in this game.Its terrible treatment towards a regular 7 year customer .she should show loyalty to her customers.
