Booked an appointment on the last minute just for a wash and blow dry , as I needed a little TLC ! Got booked in within hours and lovely Elaine worked her magic ! Lizzie is just amazing. When I first went I was struggling with the colour and quality of my hair. It look dreadful but now my colour and cut are brilliant. She’s managed to get my hair back to great condition. On my first visit, she advised me and was absolutely right. I love my hair since going to Lizzie and get compliments now. It grows out so much better as the highlights are much more natural looking. The other staff at the salon are all lovely too and really welcoming.

Mark was phenomenal as always. I’ve been diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer and he couldn’t have been any more supportive. Losing your hair is awful and he still found a way to make me feel pretty. Ever since Francesco’s has been in our village, I never knew that they did men’s hair. By off chance I went in and asked. To my surprise they did and they had spot free. Elayne made me feel so relaxed and asked me at various stages if I was happy. Elayne really made me feel at ease and comfortable. Not only does my hair now look the way I wanted it but Elayne made it a very comfortable experience. From the receptionist to the salon director, I was introduced to everyone and made to feel welcome. I will highly recommend.
