Went in wanting perm on large rollers, my hair was frazzled by cancer and chemotherapy and over dying. Ruth told me the truth about the condition of my hair ( which I probably already knew) she styled it into a manageable bob (which I love) and I will see her again soon for trimming so that my hair carries on getting in much better condition.
Would recommend to anyone who wants “ truth “ loving the look.

I was very well attended to from the moment I walked in from my coat being hung up having a drink brought to me and eating a banana!
Ellie took great care of me as usual. We had a chat together which was nice.
She explained everything.
I wasn't at all rushed around and had plenty of time to relax as well.

I have seen Elle a couple of times, always friendly, chatty and sincere even when she has probably had a long day and is utterly shattered. For someone so young she comes across as having quite a mature head on her shoulders which helps you to feel at ease and makes conversation a more pleasant experience. My hair style is not what I asked for at all .. a trim is all I wanted , I’ve come away with my hair being cut far too short and choppy, I hate it. I did clarify I wanted to keep the length as I’m growing my hair.

Was not happy this time round got in at 11 and did not get out till after 1 o’clock hair dry was left on to long now my head is very itchy and I thought I paid to much as I did not have a cut only roots and wash and blow so won’t be coming back come for hight lights and never got what I book in for but was in over 2 hours this time round better the first time round as got my head massage and a was happy that is why I come back
