Same trip as ever (as I visit monthly) .... safe relaxed and such a friendly salon

As always, Jayne listened, assessed and then executed a fabulous plan for my hair. She offers first class attention to detail and always knows what is needed in order to keep my hair in good condition along with styling it perfectly. I always enjoy my time in Bows and Brushes, the quality of the colouring, cutting and styling is second to none. I left feeling refreshed and pampered and I absolutely LOVE my hair. Thanks Jayne!

My hair was very damaged and a lot needed cutting off. I had pictures of a few styles I liked, Jayne talked me through them and we decided on the best one. I had lots of questions about how to take care of and style my hair and Jayne answered all of them. My hair looks exactly like the picture and I love it. I have been going to Jayne for years and I am always pleased with the result.

Another perfect visit, I look forward to getting my hair done and I’m always pleased with the results, Chris knows my hair so well and I trust his judgement so I’m at complete ease every time. I have difficult to manage greying hair but Chris always makes it look amazing and adjusts the colour to make sure it’s always looking its best. He’s the best, I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

The salon is lovely, cosy and relaxing and very clean.

All the stylists are super friendly.

This time it was also great to see her showing Liv how she was cutting my hair and helping her learn.

Going to see Jayne is like going to see an old friend but with the added benefit of coming out with amazing hair! The salon looked gorgeous for Christmas but still had all the covid safety aspects to keep you at ease.

I've written previous reviews ...loyal customer to a loyal salon but thought it important to write an update outlining that this remains to be the same 2 years since first going to Bows and Brushes ...I followed Chris who had been my hair for 3 years and Donna prior to him (for 4 years) ..both work at Bows and Brushes now

I had ana amzing time at the salon, I couldn't be happier. It was so friendly and comfortable. I did keratin for the first time and I absolutely love my hair. Chris has been my hairdresser for a few years now and I totally trust him, he’s fab, I’ve got difficult to handle hair and now the greys have started to take over but Chris always makes it look amazing! There’s an art I think to colouring grey hair and Chris being a colour expert makes me totally relaxed. Chris always does an amazing job with my hair. I do have problem hair as it’s so thin and weak. I decided to go for a daring pixie cut as a bold step on my journey to embracing grey hair. I didn’t sleep the night before my appointment but needn’t have worried. Chris has created exactly the haircut I’d only dared hope for. My hair actually looks thicker than it has for years. Every time I visit Bows and Brushes it always lifts my mood - Charlotte and the team are so skilled in what they do I couldn't recommend them enough. But it's more than that - sure you get an excellent hair cut but you also get to have a natter with someone that remembers your stories and takes time to ask how things are!
