Jayne (& other members of her team) have looked after my hair brilliantly for ten years or more. Jayne in particular is incredibly knowledgable and passionate in her work. I have my hair all sort of colours, styles and treatments and nothing is too much trouble.

I hadn't been to a hairdresser in ages, Charlotte was so lovely and has given me a really excellent hair cut. We had a great discussion about colour options and I'm already booked in for my next appointment!

Chris has been my stylist for years and i feel totally at ease with him and in good hands. He’s a fantastic stylist and colourist and I don’t have easy hair but Chris always makes it look good and I appreciate his recommendations on new things to try to improve it further. The salon is nice and cosy and feels totally safe from a COVID point of view. Every member of staff I’ve encountered have been welcoming and friendly and I look forward to my visits here. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my experience at Bows and Brushes. Very friendly and welcoming. Had a hair consultation, then a lovely lady washed my hair and gave me a nice head massage. Then had my hair cut. My stylist was really friendly and chatty and kept asking me if everything was ok with the cut so far. I was very pleased with the result. Will definitely return for another hair cut.

I bounced around salons for years trying to find a stylist that delivered what I envisioned. All that stopped when I found Bows and Brushes! Not only are Jayne and the team top quality stylists/colourists they are genuinely lovely human beings who make you feel like a friend as well as a customer from the minute you walk in. The salon is a pink and rose gold dream too ? Like a little pamper trip ever visit!

I’ve been a Bows and Brushes customer since opening (and Jayne was my stylist before that). The service is always amazing and Charlotte is amazing with colour. My hair is dark brown naturally and throws up loads of warmth when it’s bleached but Charlotte always manages to achieve the ashy or even silver tones that I’m after and the cut is always absolutely on point.

The salon is also lovely, especially after it’s recent renovation and all the other staff are so friendly. I always look forward to my visits.

As a healthcare practitioner I was very impressed with the hygiene and social distancing measures. Jayne took time to consult about what I wanted and I was delighted with the result. Charlotte has been doing my hair for over a year now-the best colour and cut I’ve ever had! Charlotte is professional, warm, friendly, thoughtful and really takes an interest in her client’s lives-as well as being an amazing hair technician. My visits to Bows and Brushes are like visiting old friends...we have laughed (a lot!!), cried and been together through thick and thin! Chris is an amazing stylists .I was hoping for a change, but wasn’t sure what I really want and what that change looks like. He had a detailed conversation with me , and gradually we got to the final plan. I love the rich shades of brown Autumn colours, and love the cut.
The Salon also felt very safe , everyone was wearing appropriately PPE and they had protective screens
