I always enjoy the few hours at Bowes & Brushes. Jayne always spends time going through what I want and then advising what's best for my hair given its health status at that point but generally working something in along the lines of what I want or we work towards. Always giving the best advice for my type of fine hair.
I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars ?????

Jayne (& other members of her team) have looked after my hair brilliantly for ten years or more. Jayne in particular is incredibly knowledgable and passionate in her work. I have my hair all sort of colours, styles and treatments and nothing is too much trouble.

I hadn't been to a hairdresser in ages, Charlotte was so lovely and has given me a really excellent hair cut. We had a great discussion about colour options and I'm already booked in for my next appointment!

Chris has been my stylist for years and i feel totally at ease with him and in good hands. He’s a fantastic stylist and colourist and I don’t have easy hair but Chris always makes it look good and I appreciate his recommendations on new things to try to improve it further. The salon is nice and cosy and feels totally safe from a COVID point of view. Every member of staff I’ve encountered have been welcoming and friendly and I look forward to my visits here. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my experience at Bows and Brushes. Very friendly and welcoming. Had a hair consultation, then a lovely lady washed my hair and gave me a nice head massage. Then had my hair cut. My stylist was really friendly and chatty and kept asking me if everything was ok with the cut so far. I was very pleased with the result. Will definitely return for another hair cut.
