Thank you so much for highlighting and cutting my hair for my wedding day! It looked incredible and thank you for going above and beyond to make sure it looked just right!

I can’t thank Gaz and the lovely team enough for my experience at the salon last night. After a horrendous few months, they went above and beyond to make me happy, safe and as always did a beautiful job with my colour and fringe.

Not to mention a free treatment due to my circumstances and feeling so rubbish.

They were a team of angels!

I booked an appointment for hair colour, was telephoned and told needed a prior 48 hour patch test and not to come for appointment then they took £30 off my card.. not good behaviour as I was allowed to make appointment. Please pay my money back.

All the staff, the whole salon is always an amazing experience. Allways so happy after the visit not just the hair style ( which is always stunning) but the vibe the people always in a good mood ready to rule the world after a visit. The laughs, the giggles, the head massages, the shampoos the colour everything is 5 STAR.

Rushed. In and out in out in 35 minutes. No attention to detail and I will not be returning. Not what you expect for the price with a well known chain.

Sol did such an amazing job at understanding what I wanted and coloured my hair perfectly! I am so happy with the final outcome. Thank you Sol!

Went in for a haircut today after a very straightforward online booking. I had already decided on my style, a pixie cut. After shampooing my hair with the nicest smelling rose shampoo and conditioner and receiving a very relaxing head massage Reece cut my hair. He did exactly the cut I asked for! It is probably the best haircut I have ever had, seriously! Thankyou so much - I won't hesitate to come back!

RAZ NAME HAS HAS NOT COME UP ON YOUR STYLIST list ?? , SHE IS ONE OF YOUR BEST COLLEAGUES, I HAVE SEEN HER TWICE IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS. She is amazing I wish I could afford to have her as a personal stylist she gas taken me from the worst hair cut ever to a stunning style. Every step of the way she asked my opinion on how short or long I wanted to leave it. She travels from Yorkshire to work in your salon because she likes what she does. Unfortunately I will not be able to see her that often because my restyle will have to be maintained too often. You wilk charge the same price for a cut and blow even if its a trim to maintain a style with little effort. Thank you for introducing me to Raz the hairdresser I would have wanted to be when i was younger and wanted to be a hairdresser.

I got a mens haircut twice here and both times the results were very poor. Both were by a girl who is a junior stylist, so I’m not sure if that is the reason why. First time, there were several inconsistencies in the hair and the lack of attention to detail is far from expected; the second time I asked for a disconnected undercut but received a blended in haircut (it started of correctly but the techniques used afterwards showed that there is a lack of understanding of how to achieve the required style). I do not believe I will be confident enough to use their services again.

Great salon with great hair services, spoiled by negligent COVID safety. Small salon was packed full and not ventilated. Of the many staff in the salon only two wore masks and they did not insist that clients wore masks, even those who were clearly experiencing a respiratory infection. Most staff had masks on but they were below their nose or under their chins, so pointless. I now can’t care for my vulnerable elderly relatives for 10 days to be sure I have not been infected and I don’t put them at risk. Not good enough.

Lovely salon . Nice staff etc but the COVID rules are joke ! They told me I didnt have to wear a mask but they were wearing theirs for MY protection. Sorry but wearing a mask on your chin which is neither covering your mouth or your nose is pointless.

It was amazing experience at tony and guy didsbury , I been attended by Evie and Charlotte, Evie did my highlights which was fantastic and Charlotte did my cut and style which was amazing, it was my first time with them stuff was extremely friendly and professional, I’m in love with my new look , thank you very much guys for everything

Really disappointed as been coming here for a few years. Hair cut felt rushed, which I appreciate it’s a busy time, but was told I could pop back in if I wanted more taking off the back, which after I washed it a few days later realised had been left quite bushy. Rang up to check when I could pop back in to get it sorted and was told I would need to come back and pay for a full appointment in 3 weeks. A shame, as always previously had a great cut and service.

I love this salon! Prosecco on arrival, all staff so lovely and friendly. Charlotte gives amazing head massages whilst washing your hair and then the best hair cut. Does exactly what you ask for and is great with advice and tips for when styling at home. I really would go anywhere/to anyone else.

I am happy that the staff helped me to get an appointment in such busy times! The staff is accommodating, friendly and fabulous!

This was my 1st time st this salon. It was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Ellie was very thorough and helped me to decide what to do with my hair. She took her time and it was a great all round experience! I love my new haircut and will definitely go back!

Skilled hairdresser, nice guy to talk to, friendly atmosphere.

Firstly - I am so grateful that they managed to squeeze me in at very short notice and get my skin test all done etc. I described what I had in mind for my hair, Gareth gave me his opinion and some options and we decided together what we were going to do. I was made to feel very welcome, the salon was clean and staff were lovely. Also felt very safe and not uncomfortable at all with the social distancing measures - all managed very professionally and did not impact my experience at all. My hair looked better than I even imagined - the colour and the cut look great. I've already had so many complements. And I was in and out so quickly - which is an achievement as I have a LOT of hair. Thank you so much everyone.

I have been having my hair coloured by Gareth for the last few years. Gareth is an excellent colourist, always producing great results. I have also had my hair cut at the salon on a number of occasions, by a variety of the stylists, all of which have been of very high standard. Gareth and the rest of his staff are very friendly, helpful and professional, resulting in a very positive overall experience at the Didsbury salon.

Alex is an amazing technical director. He has a great understanding of customer requests, he listens and provides expert guidance and has carried out colour changes (rose gold on brunette hair) with the most natural results! I’ve received so many compliments for his lovely work on my hair! Thank you and to all the team who make me feel comfortable and safe when I am there and provide plenty of laughs with their funny stories during my colour treatments. Would highly recommend to anyone embarking on new colour adventures ?

Gaz pays great attention to detail, and I am super pleased with my short bob cut!

My first time having a hair cut at this branch and Morgan was absolutely fantastic. He was very consultative which lead to me having the exact style I came in for.
