As always Charlotte greets me with a big smile and makes me feel so relaxed. She always listens to my requests and explains what will work or won’t work with my troublesome hair. She takes her time to cut my hair which I always think is a good sign. And I always leave the salon loving how my hair looks and feels. Charlotte is a huge credit to this salon.

Very friendly talented staff who can perform miracles on my dreadful hair to make it look wonderful! Thanks again xx

The haircut was fine, but the customer service from start to finish was poor. The salon was very busy, I was made to move chair 3 times around the salon due to the amount of customers/stylist prefence. As it was approaching closing time I felt my cut was rushed, which is why the "blow dry" was rushed/non-existent, I was very disappointed about this as I had paid the best part of £50 and my favourite bit is the blow dry. The stylist completely dried my hair without putting any product/heat protection on it first, then asked someone else to style it so she could go to her next customer. I had wanted a curly/wavy blow dry, but this person then just used tongs to put in some limp waves (again without any product in it before hand) and then emptied half a can of hairspray on it. It looked really limp and flat at the end. I raised this issue at the end and they offered to do the blow dry again but I had already been there over an hour and had other commitments so politely declined, they kept pushing the offer on me until eventually I just told then I didn't want another blow dry and I just wanted to leave.

I wanted a restyled and Scott gave me professional and honest assessment of what would suit me and cut my hair to perfection. Im in love with my new cut. Gareth coloured my hair and was so warm, proffessional and was able to enhanced my natural colour. It really looks lovely and I'm very happy with the results.
Together they have made me feel relaxed and welcomed. Im a very happy customer and I will be returning for my future cut and colours.

Paid around £165 for colour, cut and blow dry. Asked for a root touch up but areas were missed, and not what I expected for the amount of money paid.

Brilliant hair cut and style as usual. Can’t recommend this salon enough. Charlotte is fantastic. I also had the best head massage whilst having my hair washed by one of the new member of the team - he was excellent.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to the hairdressers today. Scott is my regular hair stylist and we have a great rapport. It's nothing less then a pleasure seeing him. He knows my hair well (battles hard with my unruly fringe! ), understands my vision and always gives me an gorgeous cut. On this particular visit I had a challenging week personally, and it was truly a weight off my mind to share my woes and get a wise perspective on things from Scott. Yet again, a brilliant appointment.

I like that the salon is not pushy to sell their products and ask what you use and how you use them. The main aim being for you to get the salon look yourself! I like that time is taken to make sure you receive great service and nothing is too much trouble. Fab salon !!

Such a wicked cut! Everyone is raving about it!

Kelly has cut my hair a few times now and does it exactly how I ask - am always very pleased.
However, appointments are always running late (last time it was half an hour!) so I would suggest allotting longer appointment times for all of your hairdressers.
Also, I wonder if anyone will ever offer a man’s price for short hair on a woman? Just a thought......

Going to the hairdressers has never been my favourite way to spend a couple of hours but Gareth never fails to make my day, not to mention the magic he works on my colour, which is always well over due!

Today I had a full head of highlights with Evie! I have known Evie since she started as a junior so I was made up to have her as my Colour technition.
I have thick long hair and Evie painstakingly went through each layer.
The end result was great, just as I wanted it.
There was Coffee and friendly chat a plenty and all in all a lovely salon experience.

I have been coming to this salon in Didsbury for around 8 months now. I decided to make the bold decision of dying my hair red, which I was very nervous about!! Gareth is absolutely amazing and the result is perfection every single time I visit. I have never been disappointed. My hair has never looked better, and Gareth really worked with me to help find a tone that would suit my complexion, eye colour - and regularly people think this is my natural hair colour. Gareth really listens to what you want and gives honest advice & feedback on what you can achieve & what will best suit your features. He's the hair stylist I always wanted!

Kirsty cut my hair too last time - and it's my favourite cut yet. Kirsty is really lovely and chatty, she took her time to make sure I was fully happy and I really enjoyed my experience!

Hair coloured by Gareth, good as always and replaced sun bleach with subtle highlights and base. Gaz chopped a fair bit of hair off, making hair much more of a shape and easier to manage. Nice cut.

Very pleased with my hair cut, as always . Reece knows the style I like .
