I am a regular customer of Toni & Guy and always love my visits to the salon. I really like the way my hair are transformed after a visit to the salon. Kelly did my hair cut and she did a wonderful job. She was very courteous and friendly, yet professional.

Great colour, great service

***** was welcoming and attentive to my needs when I explained that a product that was previously recommended didn't work for me. Unfortunately the glass if water I asked for took two asks before it came to me and the cut didn't come with the usual blow dry I receive which leaves my hair full of volume. Struggling with thinning and fine hair I rely on Toni and guy to help me achieve a fuller, thicker look but like my hair I left feeling pretty deflated.

Though I paid in full I won't be using ***** again for my cuts as the price point doesn't seem to match her ability.

Had my hair cut and coloured (highlights/ balayage) and would highly recommend! I’m brunette and asked for sun kissed highlights and Evie did an amazing job, looks natural and really beautiful. Everyone is lovely and service is really good, decently priced for what I’ve had done.

I had such a good experience today with Reece, he did a fantastic job with my hair (saved me from nearly having a mullet) and was really easy to chat to and explain what I needed. I felt really relaxed and happy throughout! Also had a great conditioning treatment and wash. Looking forward to going back!

First visit to Toni & Guy Didsbury. I was really happy with both the colour and cut (both done by the lovely Kelly). Will definitely be booking again ! Lovely atmosphere and extremely pleasant staff. Kelly and Amy made a great team.

I needed a restyle as my hair was terrible, I'd been wearing it in a bobble for weeks as I was unable to style it, I was at my wits end my hair was so unruly. I work on camera so I really need to have tidy professional looking hair. I wanted a new style that was trendy , sexy, feminine and made me look like I've got my life in order as my hair was sooo disorderly!

I picked this salon as it's a reliable brand name and ought to be pretty fashion conscious. I walked into the salon looking a mess and feeling ancient fully aware my current style was adding many unwanted years to my looks... I so needed a makeover.

I walked out only 60 mins later with an amazing trendy sleek angled bob. The quality of the cut is outstanding and I feel and look 15 years younger. Scott is super talented and very good communicator. He made good suggestions and ensured we had the same ideas in terms of the outcome I was seeking.

Overall a fantastic salon, my hair is now also in much better condition in response to the scissor wizzardary, and quality styling products used

I've already booked in to return I only wish I'd discovered Scott and the team sooner! I've such a spring in my step as a result of my new hairstyle, what a difference a decent quality haircut makes! Life changing

I do like Toni & Guy Didsbury. For a big chain it’s nice to be known by name and have familiar banter. I’ve chopped and changed between stylists over the years but thankfully it’s never felt awkward.
In some salons they make you feel like you’re cheating.

Felt very rushed, was in and out within 20 minutes and that included hair wash. Not happy with my haircut, weird shape and not what I asked for. Usually very happy at Toni and Guy but won’t be back to the Didsbury branch

Levi always does an amazing job

Levi cut my 13 year old granddaughters hair this morning. It was very long and still is as Levi delivered what my granddaughter requested. She was very professional and friendly and made my granddaughter feel relaxed and at home. Thank you Levi x

Evie was absolutely amazing today. I am so pleased with my hair - she has done a fabulous job. She went above and beyond and honestly gives the best head massages ever!
