I booked a facial but when I arrived an alternative type of facial was suggested that would better suit my skin. I agreed and proceeded with the treatment. It turned out to be very basic and not what I wanted. After applying the mask, the therapist left the room for 15 minutes. I would expect some sort of massage in this time. It’s common practice and makes the experience much more enjoyable. Afterwards I was told the treatment was £10 more expensive than the one I had booked. This was not mentioned beforehand which I think is very poor. £65 for an hour facial where the theapist leaves the room for 15mins of that time. A Clarins facial at Selfridges is £2 more and the treatment lasts a full 1hr 15mins!! Poor customer service and terrible value for money. Left feeling angry rather than relaxed. Shame...
Went recently for a wax - The salon wasn't very clean. The lady who did my service wasn't very experienced and very nervous. The result was a shoddy job and waste of money. Wouldnt go back and havent!
