From friendly welcome at the reception to the attentive hair wash and head massage treat and then to the expert cut or hair colour by Fleur, always with a smile and care (and a cup of tea) - it's always a pleasure to visit. Visited the Bramhall Salon today. I've not visited a hair salon for a good few years so was a little nervous but from walking in the door to leaving it was a wonderful experience. My stylist was Carly and she was fantastic. Made me feel very comfortable and I couldn't be happier with the results. Carly sat down with me to find out what I wanted....I felt at ease throughout. I will definitely be returning to Bramhall with Carly as my stylist. Nothing less than 5*

She spent lots of time giving me advice and options and checking all the way through the appointment whether I was happy and what I would like. The result is lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Always starts on time. Very personable and my hair is always excellent. Cut makes my fine hair extremely manageable and looks precise.

Kate was fine as ever, but disappointing Shampoo experience. Water kept going cold suddenly, apparently due to someone turning on another tap. Clothes were soaked, I had to go home & change straight away. Not a good winter experience!

Fleur did a fantastic job as always-cut hair just how I wanted it. Cuts my mum’s hair beautifully too. Many thanks.

Lovely cut giving shape and volume

Another excellent appointment with Grace. Love my color. Exactly what I wanted and asked for. My hair is feeling so fresh , shiny and healthy. Grace is also very approachable and friendly. All the staff at bramhall are lovely and make the experience an excellent one. Booked my next appointment in with Grace for February.

Very happy with my hair . Grace has done an excellent job. I had been unhappy with my hair colour feeling dull for some months . My previous hairdresser was unable to blend my grey in with the blonde highlights and was unable to get the bright blonde I wanted and had cut my hair uneven. Grace has transformed my hair and given me exactly what I wanted and asked for. I love my colour and cut. My hair is also so shiny and feels so soft and healthy. Would highly recommend. Thank you Grace.

Thrilled with my hair. Grace has done an excellent job and exactly what I asked for. She really listened to what I wanted and was able to achieve the blonde I have wanted for a while that my previous hairdresser was struggling to achieve.
She pays attention to detail and makes sure you are happy, she is also lovely and very approachable making the whole experience extremely enjoyable and relaxed. Would highly recommend Grace. Already booked my next appointment in with her for December.

Disappointed with the colour, I had an in depth consultation and explained what I wanted (bangs a lighter blonde) and definitely what I didn’t want ( ginger tone) Also I must of misunderstood what a t-bar foils was, and I would not opt for this again, my hair looks untouched in places.
However the salon was lovely and stylist was very nice.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Carly has been doing my hair for approximately 12 years , and over the years I have met some super apprentices. One is now a stylist ( Grace ) and then now Grace D - she is kind, funny and fabulous- I hope she gets to stay when she qualifies as a stylist as she is an asset to the Bramhall branch

Great experience from the moment I walked through the door.
I was met by a friendly and welcoming receptionist.
Grace asked what I would like today and we agreed that the roots definitely needed doing but to keep the sunlightened ends .
The colour Grace applied is perfect and is always so well applied
A good choice of drinks and magazines
Everyone is so friendly and attentive.
Experience at the backwash is almost like a mini pampering session with the leg massaging chair and head massage
Grace just trimmed my fringe and ends which is what I'd asked for.
Grace is interesting to chat with too.

Love going and the style Grace suggested is perfect and so shiny.
