Tom is attentive, and listens to my confusing requirements and always produces brilliant results, I don't know how he does it, as I don't know what I want half the time lol

He's a top Stylist/Director for a reason, and that's because he's superb!

I generally find going to the hairdresser’s an uncomfortable experience, but Kate put me at ease. She also did a fantastic cut on my hair. The salon feels clean and safe in terms of covid precautions.

This has always been my favourite salon and all the staff are lovely. Unfortunately this time I was very disappointed with my blow dry - it seemed rushed and my hair was so frizzy when I left I washed and dried it myself when I got home .

Carly has been doing my hair for years. Her colour knowledge and technique is second to none. Everyone in the salon is lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend

I liked my haircut. I booked my appointment online and was quoted a price of £44. On the day, after I had my haircut I was charged additional £5, which I was surprised about because I was quoted £44 online so I expected to be charged £44. I didn’t want to make a fuss about it on the day because I thought it would be embarrassing to do that. If the quotes online are incorrect, you need to update your website. Unfortunately I didn’t know the name of my stylist so I put any name down.

I had a very pleasant visit and as always Tom made me feel very relaxed. He was, as he always is, very professional but friendly and chatty and has the knack of treating and making you feel like a friend. He remembers things about my family that we have chatted about on previous visits and makes you feel an important client. I came out of the salon feeling 100 dollars, confidence restored. Altogether a successful trip!!

This review is way overdue - I am not one to post online reviews but I have to give a proper shout-out to Tom. He is simply the best Hairstylist I've ever used.

He is an asset to Terence Paul, so welcoming and friendly. He understands my requirements and always cuts it perfect. He is brilliant! The receptionists Clare is lovely and welcoming too, in fact all your Stylists are. I Love the vibe in the shop, it's just great. Thank You

Been coming to Terence Paul for many many years and cannot fault a single thing, you are always treated like royalty !!!

This is my second visit since relocating up to Manchester as was keen to find a good hairdresser who can continue the kind of service/hair coloring I was used to where I previously lived. Everyone at the Bramhall branch are welcoming, knowledgeable and have been able to match the colour I need being a natural red head! As we know, finding a new hairdresser is just as important as finding a new home and I’m thrilled with the results and that these guys are my go to hairdresser!

Carly is the best Hairdresser, she’s been cutting and colouring my hair for many years, she sorted my lockdown self colouring, and always gives me a fantastic cut, live in Florida half the year, well did before lockdown, and always have Carly to sort my hair out. Carly has a great personality and always very professional, such an asset to Terence Paul Team, would go anywhere else.

Great service So pleased with my hair Fleur a good listener and went out of salon with great hair. My hair is now natural colour and wouldn’t put a colour on anymore.

What a fabulous experience. First trip out since shielding and was so impressed with the cleanliness and procedures in place. Always good to see Tom and the rest of the staff. I asked Tom to cut off as much of the dyed hair as possible but still be able to tie back. Looks fantastic. Embracing the grey.

Not been to your salon for a long time and always enjoy my visits. Totally list the plot during the pandemic and needed my hair sorting. Fleur helped and advise me and was very happy with the finished style.

Terrence Paul salon in Bramhall has been my place of choice for several years now. Tom has always been doing my hair and is the only person I trust. My hair is nutritiously difficult to lift because it’s quite warm red and Tom is the only person who can achieve the blond colour I want.
Last time I became a little unwell during the appointment being 34 weeks pregnant and Tom and Claire arrange for a lunch to be brought for me and made that rest of the appointment as comfortable as possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
