This was a very positive experience . I was made welcome from walking into the salon . Tom took time to consider what would suit my hair .The assistant was friendly and professional . The chair gave a gentle massage which together with the scalp massage was very relaxing. Tom cut my hair beautifully , showed me how to look after it and advised on hair products . Definitely 10/10 thank you

Yet again it was such a lovely experience having my hair washed, cut and blow waved by Grace. She did an excellent job and has such a friendly caring manner, remembering my last visit despit it being about 5 months ago

After undergoing chemotherapy and losing my hair I was both skeptical and anxious about where to start and how to achieve a style that looked like I had cut it by choice. I loved my long hair and my extensions and felt really vulnerable and emotional.

I attended Terrance Paul and explained my situation. The receptionist introduced me to Carly who took the time to listen to my concerns and offer professional advice. She asked if I would like to have a consultation in a private room which was incredibly thoughtful and gave me the privacy I needed. She was so upbeat about what we could achieve that it changed my perspective on my situation. She kindly cut my hair all to one length to help it to grow out better and we booked an appointment for a couple of months down the line where she again recommended colours, treatments and styles. It’s a slow process but I am incredibly grateful for Carly’s knowledge and support following what has been a difficult year. Thank you.

I have been coming to Terence Paul bramhall for more years than I care to remember. Lynsey always has a superb approach and knows me really well. It’s a great atmosphere and all of the staff are friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, even when I have a branch nearer home. Products are great and Lynsey always listens and comes up with great ideas when I fancy a change. She keeps my style current and fresh. Thank you for being amazing
