Have been going to TPH for years. Tom knot me and I know Tom will gone a good haircut. What’s not to like!

My first visit here to have a new look, restyle and new colour, absolutely amazing! Never loved my hair so much !!

Really nice experience. Lindsay explain in full everything she was going to do.

As normal I came home feeling a lot better. My hair looked so much better us the whole visit was pleasant, relaxing and chatty and I was made to feel thst I was a valued client and friend.

Lovely visit to Terence Paul, Bramhall...warm, welcoming staff. Sophie did a great job cutting and styling my hair....left feeling pampered and relaxed.

The lovely Grace never fails to turn my greying locks into lovely locks. I always feel valued and appreciate the knowledge and hair advice she provides.

Such a brilliant stylist .I'd mentioned I fancied a change of style at a previous appointment and Grace after I'd shown Grace a photo of what I wanted she did it perfectly. I trust her implicitly, she always talks through exactly what she's doing.
I walked out yesterday with a beautiful cut glossy hair , just the perfect colour and Grace also showed me how to style my new cut.
Also GraceD.an apprentice did the most relaxing headmassage ever.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Claire on reception always gives everyone a warm welcome.

Sophie did me a careful consultation and as a result of her art with balayage & soft highlights (cleverly smudged roots) my hair looks AMAZING. And will be easy to maintain and refresh. Very clever & artistic. I don’t really style my hair and the colours fall perfectly with how I wear it. Cannot rate her highly enough.

I am nervous of hairdressers having had some bad experiences in the past but Grace really listened to what I wanted. In consequence I walked out really happy with my hair at the exact, perfect length that I asked for. I have now booked for colour treatment.

First time in my life I got a tip of my ear burned while she was drying my hair. Not really very professional

I know Tom for years and he is the best. He knows what I like .

I rang up a few Saturdays ago asking if they would be available for two cut and blows and was told that they would fit us in which was great news. I never told the hairdressers but my reason for going was because I was starting chemotherapy the following Monday and wanted to get my hair cut short into a bob and my mum was coming with me to get hers done but more for moral support. My mums was done and over extremely quickly and is now causing her issues as it was cut completely unevenly on each side so it is hard for her to style each day and I feel like I was pressured to keep more of my length than I wanted to and maybe I should have said why I was doing it but I was nervous and wanted to enjoy the experience and wish I wasn’t made to second guess everything. As the cherry on top, when it came to paying my mum was charged £69 which is astronomical for what was done and we were never told the only person available was one of the head stylists as I would have said not to bother as it wasn’t worth it. Just a shame as it was meant to be a special moment but just felt disappointing.

I love TP - all the staff, stylists and technicians are great, no issue at all. But - I HATE the horrible ‘towels’ Bits of disposable kitchen roll type material which are thin, useless and poor absorption. Means hair is still soaking wet when drying commences. Bring back proper towels - PLEASE!
