An excellent service from the preliminary consultation until the moment I left the salon
Grace explained exactly what she would need to do to remove my present hair colour (which had been done at another hairdressers and was too dark) and put a lighter shade of.brown.
Grace was highly professional but also friendly.
She kept explained what she was doing and kept checking on the process
She consulted me about the colour she thought would best suit me.
She listened when I described how I wanted my fringe to look and how much to cut off the length.
I was initially anxious but I felt at ease as Grace is a skillful hairdresser
My daughter commented today about the colour , the cut and how glossy and thick my hair looks.

Grace did a fabulous job of colouring my hair with great assistance from the team. I had my first cut with Grace abc I’m delighted with it. The wash abc then blow dry left my hair feeling lovely and shiny.

I’ve been going to this salon for years and the team are fabulous, from Clare on the front desk to the girls and boys at the backwash. Carly is a real professional - really listens to what I would like, any concerns I have and how practical a style needs to be and provides honest advice accordingly. She’s also really reassuring, and fun to talk to, and remembers so much about her clients from visit to visit (she sometimes remembers more about me than I do…!)

Loved the cut and style, and the hair wash and head massage, Kate always does a superb job. Really didn’t like the bamboo sheets instead of towels, they don’t help the nice experience and look and feel cheap. Please go back to towels I dont think these work.

My first time in a hair salon as I've usually gone to barbers in the past, I was so glad I went for it because the end result left me feeling great with a new hair style that I can be proud of , I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

First appointment with Grace as usual stylist on maternity leave. Happy with cut and service as always. Good head massage and massage chair offered by trainee, sorry I forgot her name.

Loved my first visit today. Fleur was lovely and I love my hair - had a restyle -exactly what I wanted! Great atmosphere in the salon will definitely be back x

Excellent cut as always from Grace !

Tom’s been cutting my hair since I was 3 years old. He always does an amazing job and makes me feel great. Always nice to have a catch up with him and love getting my hair washed and head massages too. Staff are all so kind and the salon is always spotless too.

Arrived very tired hair lost all shape. But after your amazing massage chairs and a head massage. The calming atmosphere and Carly's magic I left feeling rejuvenated and a few years younger thankyou
