First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our salon for your hair styling needs. We are glad to hear that you had a positive experience with Mel as your stylist. However, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the results and costs of your hair colour.
We completely understand your concern about the price, after discussing with the team they assured me you was quoted upon consultation for the service ‘Hollywood colour blend’ which was the service required to start your colour journey of going lighter so I apologise if the price came as a shock, although these things take time to get results especially from dark hair to light in one sitting is mostly impossible whilst maintaining healthy hair.
We always strive to provide the best services, skills, time and products to our clients and we are sorry to hear that the results fell short of your expectations this time.
I can see you have a future booking with us however, we would like to offer you to return on either Tuesday morning or Friday morning this week, where we have availability for Mel to add some more highlights into your hair this will help lighten your colour, again these things take time and this will not make you blonde but will add to your results to achieve your end goal.
