From start to finish, a great experience and enjoyable time but most of all a fantastic haircut by Olivia, who is now officially my hair stylist for life

From entering the salon I was made to feel welcomed. The lady with the red hair (sorry I don't know your name) was lovely. I then met my stylist Lewis he was friendly and went through my colour and my cut very professionally he recommended what colour he thought was best for my hair and I must say how right he was. Everyone commented on my hair that evening. I will definitely be returning and from someone who isn't keen on people fussing over me and hasn't had a hair cut in three years or more that is high praise. Thank you Toni & Guy I will be recommending you to all my family and friends.

I was running a little late, but Hazel and Linda were fantastic. I got there and they still had time to talk to me and make sure I was looked after for my whole visit.

So relaxing when I have my hair done at this salon. My feet elevated and back massage while having my hair washed, brilliant. My hair cut and dried was just how I wanted it. What a lovely clean salon. I left feeling special and elegant.

Amazing stylist and also the lovely girl who washed my hair was fantastic as was the young lady that blow dried it.

I came in with locks past my shoulder - and I left feeling the cold winter breeze on my neck. I came in unsure if I made the right decision- to chop off my beloved hair that I spent so long growing (2.5 yrs). Upon arrival, I was greeted and comforted like a newborn baby. I was taken aback by the kindness that was shown to me. I was not rushed to get in and get out- but I was treated with love. I told Olivia this was a big step for me.. and she met me around every corner. Two years is a long time.. but Olivia made me feel like I was making the best decision. And I did. Olivia chopped my locks off with precision and tenderness. Being a foreigner.. I wish I could take Olivia with me everywhere I go. She made my experience fun, soothing, and relaxing. I came out a New me... a Better me... the Best me. I am forever grateful.

Olivia was wonderful, I went in armed with a photograph of what I was aiming for and she delivered. She explained what she was doing and why, any slight changes she wanted to make she checked that I was happy with it before proceeding. Very friendly and professional throughout my haircut. Very pleased.

Olivia coloured my hair and Lewis cut it.. The whole team make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. All staff have great attention to detail, they help with ideas and explain what will and won’t work for my hair type. Always polite and well mannered. Amber (who normally does my colour) popped in on her day off and even took 2 minutes to say hello. I really can’t praise all the staff enough. A great atmosphere and you can tell all the staff enjoy working there.

I initially went to Toni and guy as a treat but have kept going back ever since. All the staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable, they sit down with you and discuss what you want and advise on the best options for you. They ensure that you leave will the hairstyle that you want. You are well looked after with lots of drinks and magazines. The staff are very professional and the atmosphere is really nice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now

Madison is an amazing colourist and stylist, what you want you get. She is the epitiomy of good client service and all with a smile and a Prosecco

Amber coloured my hair and Linda cut it, was amazing service from start to finish, it just flows and no one seemed stressed like you get in other salons! They take time and tlc over every detail and the chair which turns almost vertical when you’re having your hair washed is just divine. Anyone wondering where to go for their ‘hair’....pick this salon!

I have never coloured my hair before and decided to have a change after having the same hair most of my life. I chose to have the balayage and I was incredibly happy with the end result! Both the colour and cut and the stylists that work on my hair (Amber and Lewis) were friendly and fab! Soooo happy!
