Just had a complete colour change and I’m in love with it.

Olivia did the new nano keratin treatment and the results are amazing! I now have lovely straight shiny hair????????

Although not the hairdresser I had pre booked, the Hairdresser was very pleasant, he was really understanding of my hair dilemma and was empathetic.

Colorist was initially a little less warm, I kind of felt judged for having colored my hair myself before due to a previous bad experience In a salon, and didn’t feel having to explain why I’d colorized it at home just so she’d be understanding, she should be anyway.

I had my hair washed, had max 2 inches cut off my hair in a straight line. It cost me £53, not the cost originally told it would be and even though they changed my stylist they still charged me top price. Whilst I know their skills are probably some of the best, the price is outrageous for a trim and judgement.

Have booked to go again for colour but honestly probably going to cancel it.

Linda dealt extremely sensitively with my hair loss issues and gave me a restyle that has put a smile back on my face.....thank you so very much ????

Another great experience at Wigan Toni & Guy and a fantastic new hairstyle to show for it! The salon staff are always so friendly and non-ageist. Special thanks to Madison for her skill and artistry in knowing what suits!

Amber was my colourist, she was honest with me about what could be achieved and she went above and beyond my expectations! Lewis did my cut and finish and between him and Amber they achieved an amazing result. I can honestly say its the first time I've ever left a salon on cloud 9, thanks guys :)

From the person on reception, to the apprentice and stylist I was treated as an important client. I was not rushed in and out and was listened to but also was given advice. I will definitely be returning. In fact I have booked my next appointment! An extra bonus was the very nice cup of coffee.

I took in a photo to show Danielle what I wanted and to still keep parts of my undercut. We discussed how to approach it and Danielle guided me through the process explaining as she went along. I’ve walked out with exactly the cut I wanted. Very pleased indeed.

Been going to Toni and Guy for 20 years and I have always been 100% happy with quality of service and cut. Also had Linda as my stylist over the years and highly rate both hers and Darren’s professional manner when I visit. Homely atmosphere and certainly the best hairdressers I have visited, especially picky after being in the profession myself. Fabulous service.

I can’t praise Danielle and all the rest of the staff enough. From the moment you walk through the door to the time you leave you’re made extremely comfortable and relaxed. It"s the first time I have been to a Toni and Guy and they couldnt have been nicer if they tried. I get anxiety going to the salon and they were so relaxed, it was a nice atmosphere. Linda was brilliant I think she picked up I want a talker so there wasnt much small talk which for me is fantastic. I have jumped salon to salon trying to find a haidresser that actually cut my hair right and I didnt have to do the polite 'yeh I love it'when you are actually seething because they have taken too mich off. Linda got my cut bang on and I'm happy and will be returning! (The only reason clenliness has one less star is due to the station I was at being eye level with the platform floor and there was alot of dust and clips under and around the couch apart from that it was spotless)
