Absolutely bloody lovely!! The coffee was from the finest Columbian roast, the head wash and massage was unquestionably better than my wedding day and Darren is like Edward Scissor hands.... a true master at work!! Looking forward to my next visit.

i have waited ages to have my hair cut really short cos my Mum wouldn't agree to it. i was excited and nervous, but it was really fun to watch Linda chop off all of my hair.

I finally took the plunge had my extensions out a colour and 5 inches off.
Hair looks like glass from the coooyr and treatment it’s so shiny and I look 10 years younger

I would not have come back after retiring if I didn't think it was worth the service, lovely and polite staff and the money. My previous hairdresser was Nicky Clarke in Manchester. Your staff are polite, listen to what you want and tell you if it may not be right for you. Love it. Best wishes for future.

Booked in for 60th birthday treat. Was looked after from start to finish by Amber & Darren. Everyone made me feel relaxed and special even though I am not a regular customer. Olivia did a really good job on my hair and told me truthfully what would suit me best. Really kind and good to chat to. I got offered a coffee by the lovely receptionist when I arrived (sorry can’t remember her name). The girl that washed my hair was really nice and kept asking me if everything was okay (water temp etc) and offered me drinks. I would come back again 100% staff are so nice! Thank you

I was appauled when I reached home to see the state in which my hair was in, not what I booked in for and regret following the advice of the clearly inexperienced stylist. I corrected the colour but having spent £108 I'm extremely dissappinted.

Was left very disappointed unfortunately. I was booked in for highlights initially but was advised not to proceed with that and to have a balliage instead which I went ahead with regrettably! When I arrived home I was horrified at how different it was to how I actually wanted and so I was left to correct the colour myself which now looks a lot better. Pains me to think it cost £108.00 to leave feeling horrendous and wishing I hadn't booked in.

Always a good experience at T&Gs. Darren is skilful l, listens to my crazy ideas and offers realistic guidance which I respect. He always aims to please and I leave feeling brighter and happier!
