And Danielle. Love using this salon. May pay a little more but the service you get in quality. I absolutely love my new style. They advised me all the way so I got the best finish. I’d never use another salon.

I asked for something like a long pixI cut and ended up with a boring bob with layers (which I mentioned several times I didn't want). I asked to avoid a graduating effect on the back of my head and somehow got one all the way around creating a perfectly round shape. I ended up with a perfectly smooth bowl on my head. I have done nothing but cry. I couldn't ask for it to be corrected because the stylist had then 3 clients and clearly needed me to go.
It's such a shame because the stylist was so lovely which made it harder to tell her I hated it although I did strongly hint at it.

Genuinely lovely staff and couldn’t of done more to accommodate. Second time for daughters hair cut and she won’t go anywhere else now, ill certainly be making a third visit ????

Absolutely love my ketatin blow dry that Olivia did! Olivia was so enthusiastic about the process having had it done herself. She explained everything & answered all my questions & concerns. She was very friendly & so easy & nice to chat to but very professional at the same time. Really pleased with the outcome! Had it done so I’m frizz free for my Cuba holiday but I’ve already been benefiting from the effects with our own weather getting up to 30 degrees! No frizz! Yippee! Will definitely return to have this done again! Big thank you! :-) xx

Excellent service, standards of hygiene & cleanliness good, appointment on time. Nice greeting & positive attention on entering the salon. Back ground music O. K. All staff pleasant to customers & to each other. Generally nice atmosphere . It was 30• outside, the salon was cool & comfortable Tea, coffee soft drinks always offerd, I had iced water today. Up to date mags are available. Enjoyable experience.

Had a keratin treatment done. Amber was great. So knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me great advice on aftercare.

It was evident that Madison had an incredibly full schedule when I arrived. Nonetheless she was quick to get me seen and responded professionally and with her usual expertise and high standards to my requests. It is rare for me to leave a salon satisfied but I keep going back to this one!

Been having my hair done here for the last 20years and I cannot fault the service. Totally rate Darren and Linda for their hairdressing skill set, totally talented and I've never been disappointed...always made to feel at home by the receptionist too. Definitely recommended.

Linda is a pro and never dissapoints. The whole team are lovely, can't do enough for you. Very accommodating ensuring that we're all comfortable and well watered! Even gave my baby a biscuit !

Olivia did a fantastic job on my first visit to your salon. She was welcoming and professional and asked me questions to make sure she was clear on what I wanted. Cut is great and she even managed to style with a curl/wave that’s lasted till this morning - that is a first for my usually very straight hair! I’m impressed and I will be back to see Olivia again :)

I had a full head of highlights done by Madison who was absolutely lovely and has done an amazing job. I also dealt with Lewis and Holly who were also really lovely and great at what they do.

Excellent experience, Maddy listened to what I had wanted, made suggestions, cut and styled my hair exactly as we agreed. I love it
